Today i went in for an appointment, was told to sign agreement and another paper ( which was NOT explained were for photos n would be an additional fee). Looked at my bank statement n saw i was charged 100$ for a $40visit called n spoke to a manager . Who justified this charge with oh well u should have read n then sign. I will not return to this location. Yes i will take full responsibility for not reading form entirely, but to be told oh well not our fault was a complete slap in the face.

I am a caretaker for 2 elderly women that were placed in elderly housing the day before the state was shut down in March of 2020. They were finally given the privilege to venture out into the world 2 or 3 months ago. One of the 1st places they wanted to go was LensCrafters! They needed their glasses adjusted and their nose pads replaced (they had turned green). We were met by a staff that was so helpful as one of these ladies had a walker. They are both in their 90’s! Kim Hoy helped them through the process and was so patient and kind! I never write reviews but feel this act of kindness should be recognized!! It was a great and positive experience for them, thanks to Kim, their 1st experience out was very pleasant and he just made their day!!!! And today we returned and he helped them again!!! The customer service in this store is terrible they are very rude they really do not help the customer to feel satisfied with the service pay for some glasses take the prescription they did not work for me they sent me to try them many times then they told me it was past the month warranty and return to my doctor. Ive been scammed.

Called to see if they had the Oakley Holbrook in stock. The woman on the phone couldnt be bothered to check without a sku number. Im sure they probably have it but I surely will not do business with anyone that cares so little. A guaranteed sale was just lost.

This place is really stupid…I need to wear a mask and I have been pushed to tried glasses with mask on… how stupid is this company at this location… you can not try glasses on wearing a mask . How do you know if those glasses are going to fit😷. Ridiculous

Great experience here today! Chris went above and beyond, coming out to my car to speak with me and take my glasses in for a quick repair. Because it was just a bent component, no charge. In a world where the standards customer service are low, Chris has taken pride in his work and gone above and beyond.

From start to finish, about an hour of time. Thats check in for my eye appt., the actual appt, then over to LensCrafters for the actual glasses.Icing on the cake, my glasses were ready in an hour!

Honestly best eye experience Ive had in a long time. The process was easy and quick. Even with the COVID-19 restrictions they made the process quick and easy. Thank you!!

The sales associate- Kasie in Dedham- was extremely helpful and patient. She has a good eye and helped me choose the style that looked nice and was within my budget.

Mostly I liked this place but I had one bad experience. I kept getting headaches from my new glasses and went in to talk to some one about it. She just looked at the computer not even looking at my glasses and said they were fine. Later we found out that it wasn’t. I will continue shopping but there customer service wasn’t great.

This was my first time visiting Lens Crafters in Deham. I went in for an upgrade on my glasses. The Rep that assisted me was very helpful and professional. I would definitely go back to this store when I need to! I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes or so.❤❤❤

They are so rude. The assistant manager yelled she will slap me in my face because I asked for a licensed optician.. then they told me I can’t go in there. I’m getting a lawyer. This place is ridiculous

Ive been going for at least 8 years now. Never had a problem. Ive been taking my 13yr old here for 5 years. Never had a problem. Love my frames and quick on time eye exams.

Made a appointment online. When I arrived they lost my appointment, then offered no assistance but to make another appointment (we have an opening in 3 weeks). I asked for a manager, was told theres no one here. Treated so poorly I came home in tears. I will never use Lenscrafters again!

I brought my brother to LensCrafters in Dedham to get new eyeglasses and had a great experience! My brother has special needs and Stacy was so kind and patient with us! She was very thorough and took excellent care in helping us find the right pair of glasses for him. She also took the time to adjust them to make sure they fit perfectly.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff made several mistakes processing my new lenses, including leaving the anti reflective off one of my new lenses and almost processing my old prescription. What should have taken an hour dragged on for 3 hours. The staff showed no regard for my time and failed to address my concern about my frames. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I recommend you NEVER go to this place to spend your money. Went to this place, and paid a lot of money on lenses. The lenses started to get stains on the second month. I tried for them to fix this (since its a quality issue, not due to a miss use) and they didnt wanted to. I tried with the customer support by mail and by phone several times for months, and they were always saying they were going to resolve it but nothing.

Sales person Steven was very polite and nice and helpful and Tony also very good to deal with at this store. got my glasses then brought my husband there. For a small store they do a lot of work they work very hard it was easy to see that. Got my glasses in Dedham but my eyes in Cambridge with Dr. Sharma I wish you would bring him back to Dedham he is the best. Great team Steven and Tony In Dedham. I bought a pair of glasses about 2 months ago from this location, I remember while I was shopping around all the staff were sitting down and no one introduced themselves or asked me for any help. The logo on the glasses have started to fade away and I called to ask about information on a warranty not a protection plan. The women that answered the phone said I could call the manufacturer and see if I could get them exchanged when I asked for the info she said she did not know off the top of her head and instead of asking someone who would know she gave me attitude when I asked what is the website to get the information for the warranty. I was not surprised by her poor customer service it looks like all the employees here have poor customer service.

First experience shopping for glasses at all. The girl was nice when she introduced herself. I told her Id never worn glasses and had no idea what I was looking for. She left me at the Prada glasses, told me to try on different things and walked away leaving me without any assistance. I left solely because the customer service was so bad.

Cobi and Christopher were absolutely awesome!!! I brought in my scrip and needed glasses in 20 minutes, Cobiv was able to show me styles that matched my need quickly and while I was expecting the glasses to take an hour to make Chris put a rush on them and had them done immediately. Excellent customer service and atmosphere.

First experiance with lenscrafters.. bought 2 pairs of eye glasses and after a week of waiting they arrive with the wrong lens. It was easy for them asking me to wait for another week !
