I picked up my CHROME HEARTS today and I have to say it was an easy and pleasant experience from beginning to end.The eye exam was the best I have ever had, the doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful and took her time to listen to my concerns.Choosing the frames was very challenging since they have amazing selections, Juliana made it easier helping me picking the perfect pair.Definitely recommended :)
I went in with a pair of newly purchased RayBans that had seems to have melted/morphed and did not fit properly anymore. RayBan would not do anything because the damage “wasn’t significant enough” and suggested I go to LensCrafters. LensCrafters was not very helpful so I went into Lynette on a whim. The guy working was super helpful and knew exactly how to fix them. He was efficient and solved the problem in under a minute and made sure they fit my face before I left at no charge. Highly recommend!
Kristin is the BEST!! She has helped me size two pairs of the three glasses that I have bought at Lunette. When the third pair didn’t sit right on my face she squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and made sure that these new ones fit!!!!
My mom and I were at this store today and immediately upon exiting we looked at each other and agreed: what a difference it makes when the person who helps you is sincerely interested in helping!! Lori was simply fabulous. The store is definetely pricey, but they do offer some quite unique brands. We had a terrific interaction there.
I visited this location recently for a new pair of glasses because it was conveniently located within the plaza but I left empty handed and disappointed due to their focus on profits and not service. When trying to assist me, the girl didnt start by asking me what styles or types of frames I was interested in, but rather she was very eager to look up my vision insurance first. Upon seeing my high level of coverage, she immediately showed me some of their most expensive frames and seemingly gestured to me to pick one. She was clearly more interested in maximizing how much she could bill my insurance rather than finding me a pair that I really liked, even if it meant it was cheaper.I understand that its sensible to take advantage of insurance benefits when available, but the whole process was just backwards.
My experience over all was such a treat I cant stop smiling about it. Truly friendly, inviting and attentive staff. From the Optometrist to the Optician and the rest of staff when I walked in and scheduled my appt to the reminders of my appointment. Such a wonderful and great selection of frames. I got a great deal on my frames, thank God for Insurance LOL, But honestly, The Optician heard AND listened to my concerns and brought me all the frames she believed id like. She did a great job! I love the frame and cant wait to get my NEW GLASSES!! Thank you!
Best Optical store ever. Great customer service and selection.
The Young lady who helped me was extremely nice and helpful! She assisted me in picking out a frame that was a perfect shape for my face, and was able to assist me in finding something in my budget. Thank you Lunette!
Not only the staff was rude on the phone, but when my wife and I went there for her exam they would chat with each other without even turning to us. After her exam they where not willing to show us any frames around and the discussion was passive aggressive. We felt really bad and probably that is the first time I come across a behaviour like that as a customer. Really surprising for an expensive place like that. The optometrist though was great.
Love them! They are attentive and very helpful when it comes to finding frames. They picked up on my style right away. Prices are reasonable to me with my insurance.
A very wide selection of nice brand name sunglasses. Left w/ a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers & my Dad picked up a pair of Maui Jims. they tightened my wifes glasses for her too. Not cheap but you truly get what you pay for & here its excellent attentive service on high end products.
The staff there are great. I went in to buy two pairs of glasses and found exactly what I was looking for. Huge thank you to Denise, Lori and Krysten!
1/3/19 EDIT: Failed to folllow up last time around, updating from 4 to 5 stars.. I love my glasses, still -now years later- and receive a zillion compliments. They are light and comfortable, though took me a minute to get used to wearing them lower on my nose and not right up against my face... all these years and I had no idea. Anyhow, we jumped into the store 12/31/18 having no idea they were about to close in 5 minutes. Had to use benefit $ due to company changing insurance. Man oh days, the same lady who had helped me, helped my husband find awesome frames for his face and make sure the insurance was run that day itself. These folks know their stuff and to me, that is priceless. This shop has cool frames but even better, super knowledgeable staff who are kind, patient and motivated to help their customers. Yes, you may pay a little more than the average shop but to be honest, it is totally worth it.Stopped by Lunette Optic today after spending time at two other popular optic shops looking for frames and lenses. I have a small face and find it hard to find cool styles in my size. There were many options at this store, in a wider variety of frame styles than I have seen in other stores. However the two optometry professionals that assisted me were invaluable. They were first of all patient to show me many different styles as I tried to adjust having a bolder look on my face, which I wanted but was slightly hesitant of at the same time. They were helpful to evaluate how progressive lenses would fit into the frames that I selected. I will wait until I get my glasses in a couple of weeks and maybe bump this up a to 5 stars. I am super happy, and was pleasantly surprised, with the helpful service today! Thank you ladies!
Nice place, great staff but their prices for eye exams are ridiculous. $175- for an eye exam is unacceptable for any hard working middle class person. Go to For Eyes downtown and pay $69 bucks instead.
Lunette Optic only cares about maximizing revenue for the shop in any way they can and not their customers. A couple of girls sitting at the front desk are particularly rude and arrogant, treating their customers like a bunch of idiots.I went in to get a contact lens refill and a pair of glasses today. The doctor charged me $65 for contact lens fitting fee even though I told him that I wanted the same brand and same prescription with no changes whatsoever because they have worked well for me for 10 years; and he agreed to it. Last time this office made me change the tried-and-fit prescription, it didnt work and the office didnt even let me return the contact lens that I couldnt wear. At a result, I had to throw out two whole boxes which cost me more than $200.The most insulting thing today was that after the girl at the front desk charged me that $65 fitting fee for no fitting performed, she just told me that I could leave. When I told her that I came in for contact lens and glasses, she got arrogant and rude and threatened to call the security if I didnt leave. So after I got cheated out of $65, they wanted to kick me out without giving me any service I came in for in the first place. Totally ridiculous!!!
Went in for an eye exam and new contact lenses. Woke up the next day with a stye and sore eyelid. I called and asked if the optometrist could see me. She saw me for three minutes and told me all I could do is use a warm compress. She then told me that 3 minute appointment would be $125! The place was empty and it took 5 minutes of her time. Not one of the four other staff members were doing anything. Im really disappointed, I was just worried about an eye infection and to reward my precautionary appointment they stick me with an unnecessary and ridiculous charge. This place reminds me that most places only care about their bottom line.
