Terrible customer service experience, they dont care about their customers. Beware of their pricing, it changes without notice and they will charge 2-3x their cost and act as though they are doing you a favor when they knock off 5%. When cabinets come damage its never their fault. Find a better cabinet supplier because this one wont help you out at all. Very subpar quality cabinets.

The staff in the front are very helpful and half of the staff in the back are very helpful. There are some quite downright rude people in the loading dock but not everyone.

WORST service I’ve had in South Florida. They delivered damaged cabinets and we then had to request new ones.. we had to pick them up after THEY messed up the cabinets and still had to pay for delivery of the damaged cabinets. Such a rip off for paying a premium on absolute garbage service.

My kitchen “looks“ beautiful however after just a few months of light use, The cabinets are not holding up (it is just me and my husband, no kids no pets, so the kitchen doesn’t get a lot of traffic)Several cabinets no longer soft clothes, and literally chunks of paint just randomly come off because the “wood” is so soft, it doesn’t hold up to every day use. Just leaning on it with jeans or a belt will scratch and chipped the paint-I purchased the white shaker cabinets as well as the dark gray

If i could rate this company a 0 star I would, the worst customer service and the general manager has zero respect for the way he ignores and interrupts his customers. We ordered a set if cabinets in the liberty gray and we ended up with 3 tones of gray, set mt entire kitchen project behind by a week and i lost money due to it, now the general manager wants to place a 4 day eta time on his mistake. Do not recommend!

Very poorly made and they dont help you with broken cabinets. They blame the contractor the cabinets fall apart and do not work correctly.Very unsatisfied with this conpany

Please do not get involved with this group!I purchased some cabinets through a cabinet company and to be honest they are OK, nothing special. I may have gotten the same price if I had them done custom. But that is not the issue. I visited the site as one of the drawers came in damaged. Upon opening the package we noticed that there was a dent on the drawer. So I needed to have that one single piece exchanged. I spoke to the lady at the front who was abrupt and curt and immediately said that they do not deal with customers directly, which is not true. She then said that she would take me to the manager (Yao) he did not introduce himself, did not greet me and my kids and basically started arguing with me in front of my kids. I asked my kids to step away. He asked me who did I buy the cabinets from and I said the name and he asked why isnt he doing the return, I explained that he is out of the area working. All legitimate questions.He then proceeded on denying me the exchange based on the fact that he did not do business with me directly. Which is very untrue. The final designs of the cabinets were done by one of previous staff member (he was awesome) but no longer there and I made checks payable to his company. I think that links me to his company.Bottom line, If you are the homeowner as I am in this case they will not help you in any way. You will be informed by the team to go to the person that sold you the product. Which makes all the sense in the world, only if that company is available. Otherwise you are SOL. Customer service is just not helpful in anyway and very unpleasant but they take on the managers personality. Then you have the manager, Yao, he does not understand our culture and we obviously do not understand him completely. I have been left with no other choice but to speak to the BBB and to city commerce for that city. In the meantime, do not get involved, you will pay the same as custom cabinets because they charge you for everything and do not stand by their products. I exhort the general Manager for the store or the company to contact me if they like but, please bear in mind that i will proceed with the above.

The service is good but the prices are higher than those of other companies and they are not finished on the outside, so you have to buy a panel to cover it.
