Great service and beautiful work! Thanks for moving so quickly. When you think about removing walls and floors and replacing kitchen, it sounds like a huge project. S3 made it feel that’s not a big deal, in less than a month everything was done. I loved the fact that you can go to the showroom and choose what you like, you see what you’re buying and it’s everything in the same place.We changed our initial 3D project for the kitchen maybe 3 times and that was not a problem for Fabricio nor Gustavo, who also contributed with some great ideas and our island is the best I’ve ever seen. We told Junior I need popcorn removed and painting, he made it possible for us, he brought his partners and again, everything was done clean and quick. I already recommended them, I would and I will do it again! Thanks guys for a job great done!

We used S3 to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom in our condo. They came highly recommended by our air conditioning contractor who also used them for his kitchen and bath. We visited their showroom where we were greeted by Amanda who was so friendly and we set up an appointment to meet with one of the owners, Junior, to discuss our ideas. After meeting with him, we knew right away that we wanted them to do the work. We then met with Junior, Gustavo & Fabrizio, where they explained time frames, applying for the permits, and all details as to what would be involved, & what we had to purchase on our own. They came to the house, took measurements, pictures, & videos. We signed our contract, gave our deposit and waited for the permit to be issued so that work could begin. Junior kept in contact with us constantly. Once the permit was in hands, demolition began. It took 2 days, all old fixtures and flooring were removed, and they brought their own dumpster. They protected our flooring throughout the condo,& tarped off areas so the dust was contained. The workers were very respectful and neat. Junior again, kept in contact, and oversaw any work being done. If he couldnt make it, Gustavo or Fabrizio were there. They told us when inspectors were coming, as well as each contractor for the week. Any little hiccups along the way were addressed and resolved immediately. Each contractor - flooring, tile, electrician, dry wall, & plumber- all took pride in their work, & were always friendly and professional. We could not have asked for a better crew. After each stage, all work was inspected by the city, and approved. Junior also helped advise when it was time to pick put fixturing. Matt the plumber even helped us pick out a better shower fixture and answered so many questions. The work was finished in the time frame we were expecting, and we could not be happier. Our entire project included: enlarging the shower area, flooring, dry wall, install shiplap, molding, all tile work, new toilet, double cabinets and sinks, huge pantry closet, & smart mirrors. We already have plans to remodel the kitchen and guest bath and of course we will be using them again. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to remodel. Thank you S3!!

Amazing company! My family just moved to a new condo and it wasn’t easy to get a fair estimate at all. Lucky us we found S3 Kitchen. They offered a great price with a GREAT project with 3D photos and everything. The whole S3 Kitchen’s team was always ready to answer any question, great customer service. By the end of everything my wife was able to say she finally got her “dream kitchen”.

Let me start off by saying that we have constructed 2 new homes and renovated several others. So we understand that construction/renovations can have its set of delays or setbacks. But this experiencewas/is the absolutely worst experience we have ever experienced. The renovation consisted of replacing floors, renovating the entire kitchen and replacing cabinetry and toilets in 2 bathrooms, painting and replacing lights. We were told our renovation would take 6-8 weeks -- it took over 6 months. My husband and I end up attempting to manage the project because Fabricio, the project manager, was never there. He was very abrasive and made promises he never kept. We actually had to move in while the condo while under construction, only ¼ way completed, because three months had past and after repeatedly telling him we were incurring cost the work never really progressed. Timeframes were always missed without explanation. Fabricio was never on site managing the work. So when something was damaged and materials were being stolen off the job site he first reaction was to argue and push back without ever investigating or seeing for himself what the issues were. It got so bad that my husband and I began installing toilet seats, doorhandles, bathroom hardware etc....While under construction several of our neighborsasked if we would recommend S3 Kitchen & Bathand we told them absolutely no. In fact, the realtorthat originally referred us to S3 Kitchen and Bath nolonger uses them or recommends them. Youllabsolutely live to regret hiring them. We did.

I just want to thank you for the amazing work that was done for me. I am soooo happy with my place as a result of your professionalism, and patience in dealing with Covid-19 setbacks. It looks amazing, and am looking forward to working with you in the future remodeling my bathrooms. I would not hire this company ever again!! They were incompetent, unprofessional, lack good customer service skills and never showed up on time not once! They said the job would take 10 days, I was without my kitchen for 3 weeks due to the level of incompetence at this company!! First 2 days job went great then they installed wrong granite, then didnt have competent people to install my back splash they sent 3 different installers on different days and left the job unfinished still to this day no schluter and crooked tiles, tiles missing in places we discussed would be tiles. One installer when told things were crooked packed his stuff and said he was stressed with his personal life and left my house and a mess behind that I had to clean it up!! Cabinet installer left my cabinets with visible holes, not level everything is crooked and didnt leave my house until 10pm. No one starts work at that place until after 12 noon! Wood pieces constantly falling out, only used 2 screws on the door hinges instead of 4 like is needed weve had to fix 3 of them ourselves already! Floor installer left gaps, left things crooked, cut some pieces to long around corners now visible slice marks left on my floor and we had 6 boxes of flooring leftover so no excuse. The only time we saw Gustavo is to sign contract and he dropped off baseboard during my job. I never seen him again and conversed only thru texting even with the wrong granite installed, guy leaving when I said things were crooked and then he left my kitchen and floor with water drops and adhesive all over my new floor they just laid. Once the job was finished to their standards we never received a phone call or anyone to do a walk thru to see what we did or didnt like so they could fix it! They left my house several months ago and didnt hear a word from them until 4 weeks later wanting to get paid the balance! How dare they want to get paid for a job that hasnt been finished to this very day. I had several text msgs saying hed get his workers out to finish my job and that was 3 weeks now and still no workers and my kitchen still unfinished!! I so regret ever hiring this company it has been a nightmare and now lawyers are getting involved! Id think very long and hard about hiring this company you just may be the next one to live my nightmare!! And Im still sitting here with my kitchen unfinished!! Gustavo is definitely not a man of his word, just an excuse maker for the level of incompetence running thru out his company starting at the top with himself!!

S3 Kitchen & Floors is a terrible company, stay away from them. I would give them minus stars if that was possible. Their installers are good, but not the three owners, all with the last name Silva. They were nice and attentive in the beginning, but only until they received a deposit. After that, they didnt care.They installed the wrong kitchen cabinets - wrong color, wrong size and with many defects. They ignored my complaints, didnt admit their mistakes. They never even came to look at their work (Gustavo came just once in the beginning taking initial measurements) demanding extra money for the trip to my place. Nevertheless, they were aggressively texting, calling and emailing me daily to get the final payment. And after I didnt pay within given to me 24 hours, they got a nerve to file a lien on my apartment making a false statement! What a shame!

The Crew did an excellent job at my home which exceeded my expectations and the owner was always available when needed, will definitely recommend and use them again.
