Great service I love the home Depot I went to get deadbolts and locks and chemicals and bug spray and stuff for the house and a few home improvement things always great service at the Deerfield home Depot off 95 and I also just bought a grill from them next-gen grill stainless steel was a good deal as well just over 250 or so

Josephine was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted us at the self check out with our toddler and helped my husband with an issue he had with the drills. Thanks Josephine!

My company is literally down the street, we come here atleast 2 to 3 times a week for building supplies and tools due to all the work we receive, I will never go back to Home Depot after being accused of stealing by the Loss Prevention guy who didnt even identify himself at first or apologize after being proven wrong. It will be Amazon and Lowes from now on for us moving forward. Teach that guy how to approach customers, things couldve gone wrong.

I went to Home Depot on Copans in Pompano Beach. I was looking for certain paint & Andy a worker from there reacted out to me if I needed help. He found what I was looking for. Plus he knew exactly where these screw that I needed. I went to find the screws first had no luck but I glad Andy was around because they were buried behind other screws. Great job, I was in & out with no problems! 👍😎

I am very upset and disappointed about HomeDepor. They are deceiver about dates and terms. They told us different day of delivery and installation . They sad it going to be after two weeks and now already 2 months they didn’t start yet!!! Today was a day of installation, I moved out all staff and furniture from two rooms and they didn’t come and rescheduled my installation for one week…and it is not for sure they sad.

I went to Home Depot and purchased molding for my bathroom. When my husband and I went to Check out the cashier probably in her 50s I’m in my 70s went on to complain to me about at least a half a dozen ailments that she had and why she couldn’t ring me up. The cashier overseeing all the cashiers was kind enough to apologize and take care of us she was very sweet and very professional. My advice don’t go to this Home Depot or the one on sample road use the one in Boca it’s much better

Quick to take an order - but when they cant deliver good luck getting your refund on a timely basis. 11 business days after cancellation my refund still hasnt been issued. needless to say, i will not do business here ever again. caveat emptor - buyer beware

I Wanted one item and HOME Depot had it,. Priced to fit my pocket,. I Still look up to the ceiling high as approved by JOHN MILLIEN,. Back in the day,. Of all HOME DEPOT Ceiling heights. Back then it took Power to Convince Building Code approval of its today need. Hurray for John Millien and Home Depot.

Just bought this amazing smooker for $600.This is a ceremic smooker and i was shopping around a lot before i decided to buy this one. Totally worth the money. The internal temperature wont drop for hours of smooking meats. You can use this smooker to cook meat, fish, chicken, pork and even ‏vegetables. Just make sure you using the right temperature for the desire products. Also, i love shopping in this home Depot. One first arrive to the grill section i asked the employee for help, and he called another guy to help me decide. They both was very professional and super patient to me. I asked so many questions and literally surfing the web with them to see if this one will fit my needs. Also, i almost bought even an expensier smooker but they literally told me there is no reason for me to do so, based on my needs which i share with them. Thank you home Depot for excellent customer service and great prices. Definitely recommend to come visit Deerfield Beach branch, since they have a wonderful team.

It is sad when you call them and ask for the paint department and no one answers the phone. I was transferred to them four times and then someone decides to hung up the phone on me. If that is how you do business and treat people on the phone I can only imagine how I would get treated in person.

This is most definitely the store to get All of your essential Building and or Installation tools and equipment along with other needed items for your business/working purposes. Always has comparable products and pricing as competitors and will not have the customers dissatisfied.👍

I started off writing this review with hopes of desrcribing the terrible customer service that I endured in the last month.Ive decided to skip that part and commend the Operations Manager, Lindsey. Really, the only reason I am writing a good review and giving this 4 stars, is because of her. I would give her five or even ten stars if this was only about her as an individual or professional. She actually took the time with me to underatand my problem. After three or four weeks of issues, she not only resolved my problem in matter of minutes, but also came up with a temporary solution.In the end, my concerns and issues that I had with customer service over the phone and home depots third party (chosen for delieveries) were resolved. The only reason why I will continue shopping and recommending home depot is because of Lindsey. So thank you Home Depot, for employing such a phenomenal professional and individual.

I have stock in this company, and use to work with them at one point when customer service representative knew the details of sales and service. We were taught to know the isles around you and the customer pays the bills in this place so take care of them. Although I will never stop shopping here it is overwhelming for the sales person to keep up with the help needed and the lack of professionalism that comes from management not realizing that hiring more help,training and scheduling would solve problems before they start.

Had everything you need for home projects. Great return policy and helpful staff. Pricing is decent. Sometimes hard to find an associate, but once you do they are more than able and willing to assist

The most unprofessional, untrained, uneducated retail people Ive ever dealt with in my life. just returned a $2,500 order because of their incompetency. What a joke. A little too congested in the front of the store trying to get to registers. But staff super friendly except for 1 guy I tried to ask him if anyone was in the cutting wood department, he looked me right in my face, didnt say anything and kept walking. Other than that, found what I needed

Not very big for a Home Depot, more like a larger local hardware store. Not allot of floor staff either and not as helpful as other locations. (One sent me to a different store and another used mansplaining to advise against getting replacement exterior doors, as I am a single female and was going to replace by myself...) if you need a screw or small tool it’s fine, but don’t expect the “Home Depot” experience from this location.

Came to this store looking to buy plant pots and hooks, when I went into the garden section at least 5 employees were all standing around joking and laughing and blocking the area I was trying to view. Not one of them moved out of the way or even acknowledged the fact that I was there, although I was very obviously trying to look around them. I understand that work is somewhat of a drag and they were just trying to make their day a little more enjoyable but there is a time and a place for everything. I doubt Home Depot wants to pay their employees to stand around and do nothing when the garden section is a mess and there were multiple things they could be doing instead of wasting time. Their complete disregard and lack of customer service caused me to leave the store and not buy anything. I will be taking my business to Lowe’s.

Inventory is usually lacking at this store. I shop at 3 different stores in my area. So usually store choice is based on location of town Im in at the time, and unfortunately this site seems to always to be out of the items Im looking for on that particular day. Maybe its just me and what Im looking for. 🤔

Since I got to US I was impressed with Home Depot, it is really nice store with excellent employees always ready to assist you, but unfortunately today I had an experience that I had never had before, I asked an employee for assist at pipes section and he even heard my question and just said he couldnt assist me because he works at electrical section, I was ok with it, but he was already assisting another person on pipes section before I asked, I walked away 3 steps and he started assisting a person on the pipes section to find pipes connections, then in there moment I realized that he didnt want to assist me, and I looked around and I noticed that I was the only immigrate and brown on the section, I guess I Dont need to tell the reason he didnt want to assist me, that was a horrible experience I would never imagine that would happen to me especially at Home Depot, but I know that it is not a Home Depot policy but some people think they are more important than others. Although, I still love this country which I swor to defend against any enemy, even I enlisted to the Army.

I went to get moving boxes. They only had the large ones left. Asked an associate if I could order some for pickup, he quickly left what he was doing to go find out, which was really nice. He asked me to go to the front desk to order. When I got there, I was redirected to customer service desk. I stood in line there and waited, when it got to my turn, I was told to go round to another counter where there was a chair. I did. And waited. And waited. No one came. When I couldnt wait any longer, I asked the customer service agent serving people beside me if anyone would come, I told her what I wanted to do. She gave me a very blank look, looked around and shrugged her shoulders. Then she said - you can go online and order.Guys, not cool!

The best Home Depot to go to in Broward county. The people actually work in their section and know what they are talking about. The Pro-loaders and amazing and friendly. That paint department kills it too.

I spent over 3 months trying to purchase and install doors from this location. Interior, exterior, all closets and screens if possible. We tried to be patient knowing this was an odd time for everyone and maybe business is not running as usual. But I’ve been hung up on countless times, email not returned, someone to measure doors at our home twice but they never actually hand over the measurements to us nor home depot. No one is available when we come in person or someone who knows nothing will take Our info and swearing we’ll have a return call when they find out what’s going on but never get one and constantly repeated this process. Idk if it’s just this location or Home Depot in general. No one could offer any information outside of an assistant manager who noticed we didn’t even have an order in the system the first time. Mind you, we had an order In hand since day one. There’s a serious lack of communication in any and all departments. Had the Assistant manager not talked to me we wouldn’t have had a second measurement to begin with. Any future calls for him or any manager since has lead to being passed around extensions at that location for up to 20 mins and just straight hang ups when I call back and ask for a manager to get this done. Mind you, not once was I rude or deserving of hang ups. They just didn’t feel like transferring anymore or attempt to physically look for a manager. For someone who has medical issues, I can’t visit when I’d like and already have had to walk in more times than I could count to just leave information with a random employee. If this is indicative of their work, we’ll avoid them at all costs for anything in the future.

People here are great and very helpful. You can count on Home Depot to have eighty percent of everything you need for any project.

I really like this Home Depot. Most all employees are nice. Easy to get in and out. This is more of a mini HD, but tend to have all the basics.

I found what I wanted and I had help for that.

Over all is not that bad. However, the lady that’s in the plumbing area is rude and very terrible customer service. I had to literally chase her to help me. Ended up having to purchase somewhere else. When asked another employee for help he only said he would send someone to help and ended up being the same lady.

Lost receipt in parking lot of store. Easily went to customer service with product container and the card used. Was able to be issued a replacement receipt within minutes after arrival to store. Very easy process 👍. Have had similar situations in the past with same store and they have always been consistently quick and easy .

Rather buy online. Everytime I go to Homedepot I feel like I lose half my day looking for what I need while no employees want to assist me so I can get out of there. I rather just shop online and have stuff delivered. Way more efficient and you dont waste all that time wandering the isle looking for something they are out of stock on. I loath Homedepot!

Just moved to Deerfield beach and made a trip to the Home Depot. First, one of the 2 items i wanted was not in stock, then the self checkout was set up where you are forced to scan with a wand which forces me to take an unnecessary covid risk over a normal no-touch scan. Finally an employee came up next to me to help me without a proper mask on. I am 69 and will definitely use the local Lowes instead.

This place is amazing, huge... Anything I need is here, and the service was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and told me everything I needed to know.

Worst run store. No one seems to know what they are doing. Manager on the phone with a customer for 45 minutes while I was waiting for service. Attendants see a customer and scoododle the other way. If you happen to catch one the chances of them helping you are zero to none. Due to my experiences there, if I can avoid buying anything st HD I will!

Home Depots tend towards being a tad disorganized, particularly in very populated areas. Suburban and rural-area locations fare a lot better in terms of adequate inventory and staff attitudes.

We went to the Home Depot Deerfield Beach to shop for a new appliance set for our kitchen. Redjy was there and greeted us right away. He was super helpful and patient and was able to get us exactly what we wanted for an amazing price ! He truly went out of his way for us! I am so thankful he was there to help us get what we needed and stay within budget! He even gave us his card in case we ever needed him again ! Will def be back ! Thanks a lot !

Poorly stocked, poorly organized and guaranteed to have half of what you need. I usually end up having to either drive to a different Home Depot or Lowe’s to get the rest of my order.

If you cant find whats needed here, then probably wont be able to find anywhere.
