Brought 3 computers with high grade gaming GPUs in to get a repair. Dealt with joe from start to finish.When I got the computers back they were not fixed and he had stolen and replaced the factory parts with garbage parts. I read bad reviews on here but wasn’t thinking I would be exposed to this as well. Avoid this shop at all costs.When you walk it’s empty inside. It’s not a shop, they literally will rip you off left and right to make money or steal your parts.

Went in to this shop and dropped my new iPhone with Joe. His prices were a little pricey but I decided to deal with him. When I came back and picked up my iPhone with a repaired screen, there was noticeable damage that was not there before his service. Also the phone was acting up and not working. Clearly some of the internals were messed up by this shop. Do not bring your iPhone here to get a screen fixed unless you want your phone broken.

Brought my iphone 11 pro max here and the store is very small with not much of anything in it. I was kind of nervous at first. After dropping phone which just needed small repair, I got quoted 80$ to fix it. Then I get call back saying the price would be 150$ in order to fix it. I said no problem. After 1 day the phone was supposed to be fixed but instead it took 4 days. When I went to pick it up in 4 days the phone was completely broken and didnt work. He refunded the 150$ but I had to buy a whole new iphone from apple. Do not bring your iphone here for repair.

I dropped a mac off to a person named Joe Martinez who is at this store. He wasnt able to fix the computer and told me he could not refund the diagnostic charge. I went through my credit card provider to get the money refunded and I won the claim. Even though I got my money back it was a disaster because when I went to apple store, they told me the shop had removed my gpu and motherboard and put in very low grade stock parts. Essentially, Joe stole computer parts from my computer probably to repair someone elses computer. I have heard many bad things about this shop since dealing with him.

Joe Martinez (owner) fixed my computer for a high cost. He put a cheap harddrive and stolen parts in the computer. Computer doesnt work anymore. Also has been holding my harddrive for 3 months and cant complete the job but refuses to give back harddrive and the money. Joe is an absolute thief and everyone knows his shop is very very shady. WATCH out. Go to a real place that is professional where you dont need to worry about getting your money stolen.Joe replied to my response saying I never went to the store. I absolutely did and have a receipt in my email, Joe is the biggest crook in this business. DO NOT leave your computer or TV at the store, because he will take parts out and replace with cheap parts, then return your computer. His shop is a very small shop and they do shady shady business to make $.

Great service! I got my Xbox repaired here, and it was quick and to the point. Very professional and helpful. I was informed about the issue quickly and was soon informed it was ready to pick up. Great communication!

READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE, My Tv was powering off and on, so I decided to bring it in for service at this location. I must have returned my tv at least 5x after this vendor claimed to have fix the problem. After the 5th time of bringing my Tv in and waiting for over 6 weeks for some unknown part to come in the Tv still wasn’t operable. I decided to call a quits and file a dispute with the payment I made to this business. My bank is asking me to take my huge Tv into another Tv repair store to get an experts diagnosis in writing that my TV still do not work. I don’t have that kind of time and may just take the lost of $250, not including my time and gas spent. Please don’t waste your time, you’ll be finding yourself coming back more then a few times until you call a quits. Because this business don’t have a clue what they’re doing. *DON’T DO BUSINESS AT PERFECT COMPUTER REPAIR*

Joe is a flat out scammer. Told me he was going to have my data recovered. He never recovered the data, stole the money, and won’t answer calls/texts. He told me if he can’t recover data I have warranty and will get $ back. Told me he is in the hospital for months and never got back to me.

Really helpful customer service and speedy repair! Was traveling for business and needed screen replaced before flight. They had it done within 15 minutes.

Steals part. Destroys equiptment and then throws in a box to give back since he doesnt have parts to fix. Gives qrong parts that dont even work. Missing parts to fix that now i have to pay even more money for. Worst business ive seen.
