Ive been to this store twice and refuse to go back. The employees are rude and act like you are bothering them. Im asking you a question about a phone, no need to roll your eyes at me and act like its the end of the world when I ask you a question. I only gave it one star cause thats the only one it would let me post this. They dont even deserve thatupdate: of course the owner would say email me so we can chat, but never respond when you do send an email. i guess you had nothing to say after reading my email about how rude your employees are
These guys are awesome! Especially Sebastian. We had a bad experience in another T-Mobile store. (It was a third party store) . Then we stopped by this store and Sebastian helped us. We left very happy and satisfied. Thank you so much!

I had to go in to the stores to find out why the NETWORK is down and how long will it be down. No one could give me an answer and Im sure when and if it does come back up we will not be compensated for the lost time we were without our phone network, when we use it to work now a days due to the pandemic. I know things happen, but come on!! At least let us know how long it will be down. You would think Tmobile would blast it on social media to let us consumers know. Whats going on??

Trust the other people writing reviews about their negative experiences. Don’t waste your time going to this location. They couldn’t solve a simple issue that another t-mobile store was able to resolve. The employee was aggressive and kept telling my sister that she was making things more difficult when she asked for a manager. He refused to call the manager, and said that we could either buy a phone or leave. We came in to buy a phone and to solve an issue we were having with one of our lines. But after that, we left.
I live less than 5 mins from the store and I finally decided to stop going there. 3 Years of terrible service. Employees adding wrong services and charges to wrong lines on the account. Employees having no knowledge about insurance and claims. An issue that was later worked out so easily at another store in Boca Raton. Store obviously needs to properly train and educated more. 6/9/2020
Great location, but very busy. Customer service is great. I was greeted at the door and shortly after I order a phone because the deal I got I could not refuse it. My questions were answered no strings attached. I am a happy camper for now...
I was with AT&T for 15 years and was so nervous about switching. Went to another Tmobile location a week before for info but came here when I was ready to switch. Rafael & Nancy were fantastic! So patient & understanding - they really took the time to understand my needs & concerns. I left an hour later with 5 lines ported over & a new phone! Got an amazing deal & am very happy with the service & coverage so far. Thanks for doing a great job & taking pride in your work Rafael & Nancy!

Horrible experience.Paul is rude!! From the time you enter you are not acknowledged. Paul told me i had to go sit and not stand around while they are doing a transaction for a customer ok i understand. When it came to my turn a young lady was in my space and i told him that she needed to move. At that point Paul got mad and said he was going to lunch and was not going to take stress from me. He did not go to lunch instead he took another customer while I had to wait for another associate. Its one thing to have customer service but another thing is to know how to communicate with customer. What you say to one should go for all. I was very displease. I will be reaching iut to corporate. I been a customer of Tmobile since 2001 thus is the first time i had to right a review.

I purchased a new phone yesterday which always feels like a hassle. The experience was easy and quick thanks to Luiz, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. He should get a bonus for his great customer service!

I think further training is in order with certain reps at this location. Rep stated she will give me cell phone credit of $650.00 to move into a new contract with T-Mobile at a cheaper monthly payment than my current provider. After I signed off on the contract and they ported my number to T-Mobile, they realized that they cannot give me credit to pay my cell phone off due to it being a newer Samsung Model. (S9+) After 2 hours being there, I had to move my number back to Verizon, accrue additional Verizon charges that were later waived and took a -31 hit on my credit as T-Mobile credit checks are hard hits to your Credit Score. This all could have been avoided if the Rep knew that they could NOT give me the offer based on the phone that I currently possessed, which was specifically stated in the beginning of this process. Im giving a second star because there was a younger guy, Sales Rep, who actually try to come up with a solution during this process but couldnt. I commend him on his efforts.
Horrible place. They made me drive hours for a product they didnt have in stock. I called previously and was very specific about what I was looking for. A representative said they have it but when I get there the product was not available and the manager was trying to get rid of me by giving me excuses and putting me as the guilty for that.
When I need to go to T-mobile to fix anything ( which is usually once a month because they are never know how to resolve the problem) It is the worst experience. They are so rude and they roll their eyes, they mack fun of customers once they leave and they do so in front of other customers. Which means I am next in line for their mockery. They are ONLY nice if I am there to buy anything or upgrade!!!!

Great staff, lots of positive energy, its a long wait time but thats because everyone comes in at the same time, I advise to make an appointment of you want to buy something. If you dont want to wait a long time in line pay your bill over the phone or on line.
Horrible mistakes. Applying credits to the wrong lines and phones. selling items that doesnt have they charge for shipping where is supposed to be free. They promised something where they cant deliver. so disaapointed with this store. never again i rather drive another direction.do not go here

Just Bad REALLY BAD I didnt know that I had to be on a list for them to call me I was trying here for almost an hour and no one came to talk to me and someone walked in the the guy who had the list came to talk with the woman he passed by me and didnt even talk to me he spoke with the girl and wrote her name on the list.... I wanted to let you guys know that I was about to change my carrier but I dont know if Im sure that Ill change to T Mobile anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

If I can give zero stars I would. They have the right customer service I have ever seen. I went in a couple weeks ago so they can check out my moms phone because it wasnt working. They did not troubleshooting on the phone whatsoever and decided to order a replacement. The rep stated that they would call me once the replacement arrived and I was fine with that. I called the store and they put me on hold for 51minutes. No one came back to say anything and I wasnt even mad because I gave it a couple days to cool off. I called the store back and they said the phone has been at the store from the 2nd of December. Its now the 13th of December and no call or nothing. I went to the store to get the phone and theyre saying that they will have to order another replacement phone because they can only hold it for 7 days. It would have been great if the rep told me that on the phone before i drove all the way down there.I told the rep Im not going through this again and he doesnt need to order another replacement. Thats just unacceptable and TERRIBLE service. Its like they dont t even care about the issue. Granted its not their issue but a little honesty and communication goes a long way.

People - just go a little further west on Hillsboro Blvd to the VERIZON store. You will get a better deal and excellent service. TMobile put us on a family plan and all heck broke loose. My husbands phone service was cut off completely! The store manager told us we had a zero balance and everything was ok. Well, it wasnt. The customer service people lied to us, and they dont know what they are doing. They lure you in with supposedly good deals but WRONG, not really good if you cant use your phone. Right?UPDATE: Since I posted this review, I have been harassed by TMobile for money for equipment that was returned, to the tune of $120.00! Please dont go to T-Mobile; they are thieves.
I have been a loyal t-mobile customer for years. I received terrible customer service from Eric at this location who claims to be the manager in the store. I needed sim cards to test a backup dual sim phone i had. He advised me that sims were 15 dollars each to try the phone out. Then 15 each if it didnt work . He wanted to charge me 60 total just to test a phone. He then proceeded to tell me it wouldnt work anyway and i should return the phone. I left the store only to find out that the phone works perfect and then spoke to t mobile customer service where they then told me Eric should have done it for free being that I have been such a loyal customer for so many years. After going back to the store I brought this to Erics attention where he then proceeded to act like I was one of his buddies that he plays Candy land with on the weekends. I was not treated as a loyal customer or a business owner. I was treated like this gentleman was suffering from a severe case of napoleon syndrome while he simultaneously tried to undermine me in front of his co workers and customers in the store. He was more argumentative than helpful. I find that to be interesting considering a few weeks earlier I had spent almost $1500.00 in phones and tablets at this very same location. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.I do not recommend this location to anyone unless you want to be disrespected or you have an extra hour and a half out of your day to sit around waiting to be helped. 0 Stars

T-Mobile as a company will take advantage of you. They processed my order improperly which caused me to lose almost $1000, admitted over the recorded line they made a mistake, and then said that since I signed the bill they werent gonna do anything to fix it. I will be disconnecting my family account going forward. The salesmen over at the location will purposely misguide you into thinking you are getting what you think you are.
