Do not waste your time here. Pretty sure they have my laptop hostage. They tell me different things every time I call, one individual was rude, and now they won’t answer our phone calls. I’ve lost work productivity, am worried about the integrity of their parts and labor if they’ve even touched my computer at all, and they haven’t had any urgency at all to help us out. This has been going on for two weeks and I’m at the point in which I will be getting attorney advice or file a police report. Do not do business with them. Still waiting for a phone call otherwise I’ll be showing up with a police officer.

Excellent and professional service by Mr. Jo, Apple technician and +. Apple Store, Genius Bar, was unable to change my battery..... nothing could be done according to them..... Mr. Jo told me it was because my model, 5SE, was too old for them!!!! I bought it three months ago.... What a shame, to have always to replace our electronic devise instead of having them fixed. An hour late, at Jos place, it was fixe on the spot. Highly recommended. Many thanks Jo to have save my phone! mil

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! The owner Julio Valencia is a crook! They took my money and they told me my TV would be repaired in 4-5 days it has now been 10 weeks and they finally called me to pick up my TV. When I arrived for the tv I noticed they damaged it even more then when it went in for repairs. During the repair they scratched the front of the TV severely and after speaking with the owner Julio he told me they were very sorry for the damage and the part was out of stock and not available from Samsung at this time but he did promise he would make right of the situation. At this time he still refuses to give me any compensation for the damage. I then decided to called Samsung parts directly just to find that the part is in stock ready to ship and would only take 5 to 7 days to arrive at my house. Ive made numerous calls to Julio Valencia who always says he has a customer and he would call me right back yet never called me. Anytime I did speak with him he only gave me the run around.Word of advice, bring your electronics to a reputable company and stay far away from this shop!!

Terrible service. They are a bunch of crooks! My Tv was with them for over 2 months. They assured me the repair would take a few days. When the repair was done I picked up the tv and it still had tge same issues as when i brought the tv in. They claim the fixed it and there was nothing more they could do! If you need any service the offer i would take it elsewhere if you want the work done right.
