I placed an order, negotiated pricing and received a sales order. I then waited over 3 weeks just to be told that all along they were auctioning off the merchandise to the highest bidder. They completely wasted my time and they were dishonest. I have never been more misled in business then with this company.

This business is not honest. They sold me a defective item and refused return. I also once placed an order and put down a deposit only to later be told that someone outbid me! Stay away from this place if you know whats good for you.

They run a sweatshop. Their employees do not even get an hour break, and treat their workers like they are criminals. A company is only as good as how they treat their employees. And yes, I was a former employee so that should add to my credibility.As far as their product, they sell refurbished electronics that may or may not work are you willing to take that chance with your money!

The sales person was the worst Ive ever had the challenge of working with, didnt have product knowledge, I had to email him over my previousorder to show him Im a returning customer. It appears the warehouse is in control of the place. And the sales people are just order takers. I placed an order for car 1000 chargers on Monday was told they only had 500-700 and need to confirm with the warehouse because of A-B stock, didnt hear back so called back on Tuesday, I was talk down to, told this is a process, and I need to wait till its my turn and they have time to sort. They can possibly pull 100 chargers from another customers order, maybe? This is a total mess I cant run my business on maybe. I couldnt imagine treating my customers like this. The call ended with the sales person stating when we get to sorting out what we have Ill send you a 1 or 200 chargers maybe? but no promises WOW! did that just happen???

Izabela Kaufman requested us to do a mold inspection to her CAR. Yes, her car. After she explained to us that no one will do it for her we were willing to take our time and come out to inspect her Brand New 2018 Range Rover at her 5.5 million dollar home. Of course no mold was found in her car, but she still left us a bad review and threatening to pull her credit card charges.
