Marcus was simply amazing. He is knowledgeable, patient and nice to talk with. I haven’t had many good past experiences with other Verizon stores but he is extremely helpful. He will be successful with whatever future endeavors he has.

Marcus was an amazing guy! He was very nice, explained each step, and had fun conversations with him while he was updating my phone. He got the job done very smoothly and rather quickly too. If I were to get my phone done again in Florida, I would come back to Marcus. It was a great experience.

I had a problem that my cell phone number was hacked. Everyone I dealt with at this location Marcus, Victoria and one other man Im sorry I didnt get his name were extremely helpful in getting my number restored. I then visited the store several times and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting all my services and phone functions working again. They answered all my questions and gave me great advice to help me. A great team at this store. For sure I will be going back to this location for any future needs.

Marcus and his store team are the best! They go above and beyond in making sure their customers are taken care of. Switched from Sprint after 6 years, as they no longer offered any incentive. Tried switching to AT&T and they screwed up order so bad, we cancelled. Feeling very frustrated at the entire wireless industry, spoke to store over the phone and seemed like they would be able to help. When arriving at the store, Marcus and team were able to explain and honor all of Verizons incentives. Even when Sprint gave major issues in porting the numbers over, the stores team persevered.Being in the store several times, I noticed it was not only the interaction with me, but the customer service and attention they provided every customer from the elderly to the foreign language speaking. They made sure by the time customers left the store, the customers were satisfied. Some issues, like billing and stuff (especially the huge upfront bills, as the credits have not taken effect, are not the stores fault). It is Verizon (and all wireless carriers) policy.I can not encourage enough, those who are in the market for a new wireless provider, to check out this location. You will be glad you did.

If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. What a fabulous store!!!! All the staff are patient and helpful especially Victoria who spent hours with me while I decide what was the best plan and phone to purchase. She then took the time and more to set up my the phone teach me how to use it.

These people are straight up thieves. If your parents live local tell them to stay away! They have sold my parents products and services they don’t need 2 times now. First it was insurance on their very old phones, then they deceptively sold a new phone to my father with without telling them he was contracted to pay monthly. He was told it would cost $68 for an SE once if he signed up for a contract for two years. Then they billed him monthly hoping no one would notice! Keep your family safe, keep them away from this sleazy franchise store!

I need it a phone ASAP I called the corporate store which is only less than one mile away from my house on Glades and 441. The sale rep didn’t want to take the time to help me solve the problem, suggested for me to call customer service. I google and called the Deerfield store to see if they open, I spoke to Marcus very nice and professional over the phone. When I arrived Oscar was very patient and explain everything to me as far as my options. The phone I want they didn’t have it in stock, he called the district manager and was able to get it for me from another store, the same day, I just had to wait for a few hours, for the new phone to arrive. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I observed Marcus helping another elderly client, really impressive how he took the time to explain, and helped him with his phone. Great client service and will return for any of my future purchase!!

Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I walked in 30 minutes before closing panicked because my service was not working. Logan helped me and I cannot say good enough things. He knew the problem and how to fix it better than the person from the corporate end. Everything they told him, he was already 2 steps ahead of time. I am going back to look for a new phone and specifically only want to work with Logan.

I switched to Verizon, from Sprint, a few weeks ago.My experience was pleasant however after reviewing next bill I was very upset. Mind you, coming from Sprint I was very used to dishonest tactics to up-charge and scam me. I made that very clear, and the guy that helped me assured me Verizon would not do things like that and was very transparent.First of all, THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE store so they finesse you into letting them set-up your phone so they can charge you a fee. I could have set up my phone easily, but he offered so I let him. At the end he said theres some form of start up fee which I didnt think too much about at the time.Second of all, I was given the wrong plan. It was the same price but I specifically wanted a certain plan which was not given to me. It was easy to switch online.Third of all, I was told Id be paying about $15 for my iPhone 11 a month, not the usual $30. It was some form of promotion. After receiving my first bill, which charged me $30 for the phone, I reviewed the paperwork from when I bought the phone.The page that I signed stated I would be paying $30 a month for the phone. The only thing that said I would be paying $15 was some mock-up estimate of the charges they use to break everything down for you.Long story short, they lie and are dishonest and it will end up costing you more money than expected.

I have had Verizon for over 20 years. I have been in many stores for upgrades, help with screen protectors, and questions. In the last 5 years I have not felt great leaving a store - always feel like I asking to much of them if it doesnt pertain to upgrading my phone. I have been in this store twice for minor requests. They are so accommodating. The manager Marcus Bradley was so engaging, funny and HELPFUL l I felt a welcoming presence and no request felt like a bother. His team is awesome. This will be my store going forward.

Do not go to this store. I was not informed of fees when I decided to upgrade my phone. Now I’m trying to speak to customer service and they tell me, oh well too bad, it cannot be adjusted. I will be switching to another provider after this. I have been a customer with Verizon for a very long time but apparently too long and time to make a change. I cannot give 0 starts or I would.

Be aware, this store will lead you to believe you are getting a cordless charger, glass screen protector and a phone case FREE with your purchase. They will not ask if you want them, they just put them in your bag. Bingo! You pay for them and they are not cheap. You will pay top dollar. Buyer be ware.

I recently visited this store to upgrade my current phone and I had such a positive experience. Ashton was professional, answered all of my questions, and he was extremely personable. What topped it off is I had brought my 4 year old son with me and Ashton kept him entertained the entire time. He taught my son magic tricks and made him laugh.
