Every time I speak on the phone or visit the store I get an education. They know their stuff.That’s called added value that you’ll never get online. Downright awful. Strongly suggest staying away from this business. I drove to the location listed on their website because I needed new audio equipment. The location was closed and I thought perhaps they had moved elsewhere. I called the phone number and the man who answered the phone was a total a@@hole. Literally, instantly a jerk for no reason. No idea how he thinks he can act like that and still do business with people.
Store location is closed. Would’ve been nice if the owners had updated their information online to reflect that and save me the trip.
I just picked up my turntable from Audio Center, expertly set up by David at a very reasonable price. It sounds wonderful. From my first visit everyone made me feel welcome and was happy to play and talk about music and audio with me even though I wasnt purchasing anything at the moment. Howard, Al, David and Carole are all knowledgeable audiophiles and music lovers who will give you honest advice with no attitude. I will be a customer for life.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice. He setup speakers for my review and spent time explaining the system. I will buy my next set of Managpans from them.
Let me start by saying if you are visiting this store, dont really know what you want, are incredibly patient and have lots of time to spend, you might do okay here. My husband and I went in knowing exactly what speaker we wanted and just wanted to hear it before purchasing. We called in advance to say we would be bringing our own music and wanted to hear it on the speakers (We have done this at several other audio stores and always had a very positive experience). We spoke to David on the phone and he was very nice. When we got to the store, Carol was also very nice and advised us that David was not available and we would be working with Howard. Howard was chatty and seemed very knowledgeable about the speakers however seemed more interested in hearing himself talk about the speakers than letting us hear the speakers. When my husband tried to ask questions, he was continuously interrupted and i dont think ever got the question out. When we finally got to hear the speakers, Howard said there were a few tracks he wanted to go through. We listened to the first and after hearing it was not the kind of thing we would be listening to, we asked if we could put on some of our music. Howard told us to just let him take us through the tracks he had selected. After the second track ended and the third began, my husband asked him to skip the song as again, none of this was the type of music we would listen to and we wanted to hear what the type of music we would listen to would actually sound like. Howard ignored us and continued to play the track. A few minutes in, my husband protested a third time and Howard finally asked what we wanted to listen to and took about 10 minutes trying to find it, refusing to let us use the tablet to search for it ourselves or use the USB drive we had brought in. After we finally got to hear a song we wanted to, Howard immediately started criticizing the music. We explained he was entitled to his opinion but again, if we are paying 10k for speakers, we want to listen to what will actually be played on them. He said sure, but continued to criticize. We listened to 2 songs that we actually wanted to hear before deciding we were ready to get out of there. As we were at the door, door open trying to get out of the store, Howard was still talking telling us music we should try instead of what we listen to. We spent over an hour in this store to hear 2 songs we wanted to hear. If you know what you want to hear and want to listen to the speakers and not a salesman, I would advise you to stay away from this store.
I have dealt with Howard at Audio Center for more than thirty years. He is honest, incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful. Anyone looking for quality audio equipment should talk with the staff at Audio Center before buying elsewhere.
Dr. H. and his staff all sing the same tune. You will always get honest advice and excellent product recommendations at AC. Buy a complete system from them - they know how each piece compliments another. You will end up with a system that is better than the sum of its parts. Service is always tops!

I had the worst retail experience in this location they had nothing setup for demos and they did not even want to give me pricing on some speakers they basically turned me away. First time this has ever happened to me in an audio store and i was interested in the Focal brand $10k plus speakers i guess i have to go to Miami to listen to them.
Great mom-and-pop store bought FOCAL Sopra No.3 speakers got a good deal customer service was excellent.
Dealt with David on a major upgrade on my speakers. He steered me towards a set of Magnepan 3.7s, after asking my about my music taste, room and other equipment. He could have sold me more expensive box speakers, but he recommended something that he figured would make me happy. Then he delivered them, set them up and tinkered with positioning until he was confident we got the best from them. He called back after a few days to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions.Now here is obviously an industry veteran than knows his stuff and deserves the business. What a nice guy and I learned so much in the process. After a couple of weeks of breaking them in, I am amazed what I used to miss.In todays World of half truths and minimal service, it is refreshing to meet somebody who still knows what the word service and punctuality means.I cannot recommend David at Audio Center more highly to anyone who needs help choosing audio or video gear.
