Have been shopping at the Beachcomber store in Deerfield Beach for over 20 years. They always have a wonderful selection of beach apparel and other beach items. The customer service has always been excellent. I highly recommend to tourists and locals!

I would like to say: we, as human beings, inherently know the difference between right and wrong at the age of 5. The arrogance of a retail establishment saying to one of its valued customers - tough luck that you purchased a faulty product in our store. It says plain as day on my cash receipt No returns/exchanges without receipt. Yet, when I tried to return a pair of sandals that fell apart only 2 days after purchasing WITH THE RECEIPT, I was told by the manager, Marlene, I received one exchange as a FAVOR. I was also told that it was not the stores problem that my sandals broke, and that they would not be able to reconcile with the supplier to get THEIR money back. Honestly, being told the store policy is NO RETURNS, when it plainly says on the receipt No returns/exchanges without receipt is just bad business. Perhaps you should include the language unless it is a faulty product-then NO RETURNS! Yes, this was my second purchase of same sandals in 9 days. Both fell apart at the strap. Telling someone they cant have their money back after also acknowledging you couldnt get YOUR money back from supplier, could be considered bad business practices. I will also be reaching out to any and all consumer advocacy groups, and any and all sites taking reviews of businesses to let them know of your deceptive business practices. I have been nice and have not put up a huge fuss with you about this. (Honestly, the cost was only $27.81). But yet I somehow feel like you stole from me. It is NOT my fault either that the sandals broke. You really need to get a better distributor for your products. Im sure Im not the first person to have an issue, and most certainly wont be the last. Lastly, I have shopped in your cute store for over 30 years. I have purchased 2 other pairs of same sandals that lasted for years. I will never be shopping there again, as you are obviously under new management Zat Enterprises, Inc. and exhibit consumer-biased business practices.P.S. This is actually not really directed toward you Marlene, or any other employee there, as I realize you are just doing your job. This is directed at the company management who makes up the store policies.Thank you

Went to visit our son to Deerfield Florida and decided to come in this store and get some souvenirs for our family in Indiana. We thought it was going to be a peaceful experience since at the entrance, it has a big sign saying: COME IN AND ENJOY SHOPPING WITHOUT PRESSURE well, that was a lie, as soon as we stepped in the store, an old lady came to meet us letting us know that shell make sure we find what we were looking for, we could not pick up a shirt from the shelf with out constantly being interrupted by this lady asking us if we had found what we are looking for and what size we needed, then another employee, approached us from another corner telling us that they have more shirts on the back, we could not walk by the check out register without one of these ladies telling us if you are ready to check out, its over here we weren’t done with our shopping but with all this annoying pressure, we just decided to go head and pay for the three shirts we had in our hands and go to a different store to finish with our shopping.so please, don’t take their slogan too serious

I love shopping at Beachcomber. They have quality items. But mainly because the owner and the staff are so friendly. Also I am a local Deerfield Beach resident for the last 15 years and still not bored with have items.

Beautiful clothing, jewelry and many other little trinkets. Just loved this store.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS one of their products had a hair inside of the plastic and they didnt notify me or offer to fix the issue. they said its basically my problem after buying it - I do NOT recommend this place, go to Wings next door instead. their customer server is 10x better and so are their products. Come here if you want to waste your money.

Beachcombers T-shirts and souvenir shop is a great place to stop and shop. This has decent t-shirts with one-liners and also other great beachware. Highly Recommended as a place to shop.

I was searching every gift shop in the area for a sea turtle toy for my grandchild and an employee went above and beyond searching all over for one she knew she had ...I had left the store for a bit and returned to her finding the toy I had been searching for..the staff were so helpful and made my shopping experience there so fun

If I could rate this place ZERO Stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE! Weve been shopping there since 2007 and not only has the customer service completely dropped, but the Company does not stand by their return policies. Additionally, Part Owner Joan, is probably one of the rudest and most unkind people we have ever encountered. We tried to shop local, but she didnt care about our over 10 years and THOUSANDS of dollars of loyalty, she cared more about losing a buck. She makes local look bad. Save yourself the time and money and walk down the road to WINGS. They have the same products for better prices. AVOID BEACHCOMBER! THEY ARE A SCAM! Previous, recent reviews seem to agree...

They are absolutely amazing great customer service we are from out of town and they helped us with whatever we were looking for. I would recommend everyone to go there ! Absolutely best store we have been to great deals etc!

I came in by myself to be greeted by an older woman asking how “we” were today. Really?Then, Rudest young woman with a know it all attitude checked me out. I have been coming here for more than 15 years but this is my last visit.

Worst service ever. Bought an ornament there and it was broken when I got back to my parents (less than 10 minutes). I could tell it was broken without even unwrapping it from the bubble wrap that the cashier wrapped around it. Tried to bring it back and exchange it and they refused. They said I had to wait until the next day when a manager was in. I won’t be here to come back. Instead of helping me they kicked me out of the store and threatened to call the police. I wish I could give them 0 stars

We have been going to the beachcomber since 1991. Each yr buying several t shirts. Today will be the last we enter this store. My husband bought a t shirt there yesterday and tried it return it today because it did not fit. The young man said that he could not exchange it for a different size and an older lady came out and said the same. Even though the tag was still on it. To bad as I had picked out a salt life jacket. I want to own a business that you do not have to care about your customers needs.

I have been coming to this store for 3 years. Today will be the last day. Not a pleasant checkout, after a benign price inquiry. If I didnt pack up the 100s of dollars worth of souvenirs I would return every last one. If you hate dealing with customers and it shows, dont be a retailer!
