Cant imagine a better stop on the road for food and something else....I came with my wife to have an authentic all American breakfast and i can say my country fried steak was 5 out of 5 grits and gravy, my wife had a delicious stack of pancakes with a hot cocoa to complete the almost Christmas scene.

It saddens me to have to leave a negative review at one of my favorite breakfast spots, but this pass Sunday the customer service and quality of food were quite disappointing. First & foremost please figure out a way to control pest and flies if your going to offer outside seating now. I had the hardest time trying to enjoy my breakfast due to all the flies and mosquitoes flying around my myself and my food. You can see all the flies hanging around our table. Please look into finding some outside comfort or resolution, so customers can enjoy sitting outside while dining. Also I found a plastic piece of paper cooked inside our food, when I asked the waiter if she could so kindly remove this item since we didnt eat it. After the bill was paid I noticed when I got home it was still on there. Very disappointed with todays service.

Cracker Barrel food is so blan(no seasoning on anything! It’s like the dame commercial sounds an Looks better then actual dinner in person!

My husband Josh is born & raised in Minnesota, first experience celebrated his birthday, food is delicious.Our waitress Martine, is very attentive, pleasant personality and extremely helpful to our friend who is blind upon request she handed him a braille menu.

I love this place, not only because of the breakfast, but because of all this kids that works there, theyre so nice and educated.

Best place to eat I like it came here with my family they love the place, the environment is friendly.

The service is amazing. i had an awesome waitress but it’s like seasoning is just not an option for this place. i ordered a french toast thinking it would have cinnamon and stuff and it surely did not. i also got the grandma breakfast with sausage and eggs and the sausage tasted like plastic. i got it only to find out it was turkey sausage. which was not mentioned. the food is just really plain and i don’t plan on coming here ever again.

I like that you can get breakfast any time and they stay open all day. This location has wild chickens outside and right now they have little baby chicks following their mum, too cute. The food is usually pretty good bit don’t look for omelets or anything fancy for breakfast. I could spend all day looking at their antiques. Don’t forget to look up - they hang a bunch of antiques up there. Also they have outside seating, a big plus

The meal I just finished was so satisfying that I regret only one thing: that it’s over. Like a romance riding on a summer’s breeze, a fleeting season of corporal delight that lasts for but a few indulgent moments yet lingers on the mind for weeks after the fact, the fried pork chop special doesn’t fade even as the food itself has been long digested and used for energy. The flavors remind me of a non-existent nostalgia for a simpler period before I was born, when folk of the Appalachia rocked on porches and were just social, without the -media, and a smile and nod reminded you that people were wholesome and decent and that everything was gonna be alright. I don’t usually have much to say on big franchise operations but my meal here was as spectacular as the fact that they’ve already put out Christmas decorations in August, and you better believe that just as sure as this particular CB location has perfected the franchise biscuit game, I’ll be back come next week for my next dose of retail Norman Rockwell.

I love cracker barrel more than my nose. The customer service is excellent and si is the food. Jesus has to work here cause omg every meal brought to our table was absolutely delicious. I wish they would change the chairs its hard as hell and several times i feel blood circulation cut off in my legs and i had to stand and hurry up to eat and leave. I also think our server name begins with a K should get more than 1 star her customer service was out of this world. Great food, great place, great customer service, great shopping experience.

1st time visit - Really nice place. Its like old time country. The biscuits are fantastic, ice tea nice too.

I understand that some times people coming to look for squishmallows can be a lot, but I always come in the store calm and collected. The managers are rude to us just for asking a question. Today I came in just to see what had been delivered and they allowed the First Lady in line to buy EVERYTHING. And then they told the rest of us to get out. The staff were fine but no one was helpful. This is just poor business. I understand that people can get overwhelming with these items but your store chose to sell them, learn some respect and treat people well. This is not the crackle barrel I used to know and love since childhood!

This is one of my favorite place to have breakfast, I visited this location on 9/18 and was literally uncomfortable, sitting down and seeing that just about all the waiter and waitresses had no mask on . I kept my mask on and was very worried to even take my mask off to eat . Some of the female older waitresses were putting their hands on customers shoulders etc, they do not know who may have the virus and don’t even know they do or who don’t, so for them to not be wearing masks and touching ppl and then going to another table and doing the same is reckless and not good . Even if they are vaccinated they can still get the virus and give it to another person who may or may not have been vaccinated. This is a public place and I feel all the waitresses or waiters should be wearing masks like all the other companies . I didn’t stay long and only did because I had a friend visiting from another state and I felt that was the right place to take him from breakfast . I will no longer visit this location as i am not comfortable with what I saw . I called to speak to the Manager on 9/29 to voice my concerns and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and had to hang up .

My family and I have been coming to this location for years and we have always loved the food. The service is almost always slow so we anticipated that. Unfortunately, this last experience might be the last for a long while. My father and I came in for a quick dinner. My father’s meal as well as my own tasted off. The chicken I ordered was rubbery and had a foul taste, almost like it was expired, to the point I couldn’t even finish my meal. I ended up mainly eating the sides and biscuits. The catfish was mushy and had a weird texture as well. We decided to not take any of the leftovers home and that was a good call. The rest of the night continuing onto the next day my father and I were sick to our stomachs. Safe to say we’re avoiding Cracker Barrel for a while.

My waitress was very nice, makes a big difference for me today.

Pancakes here dont taste like the famous ones at most cracker barrels. Unfortunate since thats why I came .

Breakfast was really good. My server Patricia was awesome and very attentive. Manager Tory made a table touch. It was wonderful! I’m stuffed and the strawberry mimosa was perfect 👌🏽

1st time at Cracker Barrel, was not thrilled with the food. We had a combo between breakfast for my wife and I had the 4 piece fried chicken. All in all the flavors are bland. Biscuits are probably the best thing we had. The gravy for the biscuits was horrible. No flavor whatsoever. Pancakes were either frozen or they dont use a good batter. Again no flavor. The cooked apples were excellent. Almost forgot about them. We would not want to eat at Cracker Barrel again. But to each his or her own.

There was TWO servers on a Sunday for the entire restaurant! The wait averages from 60 mins to 1.5 then you sit down and wait another 50mins for your food. If time doesnt matter to you this is heaven for some.

The food was horrible.... Pancakes came out cold and my scrambled eggs werent cooked Fully. on top of that my waitress Seemed like she had a Attitude.

I recommend the Country Boy Breakfast. Also they werent hateful about masking or other political issues, you can feel normal here if you want. Very pleased in general. Also experienced Parking Lot Chickens.

No gravy on the sawmill gravy dinner, no cocktail sauce when ordered curbside. Check your orders visually when you pick up food. I called and they want you to drive back which I could not. There story is they have a new employee.

The food was good but I waited 45 minutes for the food. The waitress never came over to check on us, not even to apologize on the wait time. The manager didn’t go above and beyond to make us feel any better or help. She just said “I’ll talk to her”. Our waitress was not personable or apologetic until she already knew we were upset. I understand there is understaffing everywhere but that is no excuse for at least being personable and giving a good experience to guests. Would have just been happy with at least an apology on the lengthy food times.

This place used to be maintained pretty well. I visited today and the ladys restroom was disgusting. The door latches dont work. But the clientele comes in and out in 100s. Please keep up with the overall service. Sanitary is priority for customers.

Been going to Cracker Barrel since the early 90’s and always loved the food. Whatever they are serving now can hardly hold a candle to what was. Typical corporate chain prepared food with weird texture and bland taste. Also, the portions are way down to appease accounting dept. The end of yet another place thanks to corporate America.

My fiance and I dined at the Jensen Beach store, CB0500, on 4 July 21. Service was slow, but the food was good. Wait staff was polite and friendly. The mens room has no hot water in either sink and one of the urinals wasnt working. One of the hostesses, male used the restroom but didnt wash his hands before returning to the hostess desk. Not acceptable. Hot water is mandatory when using restrooms at any restaurants in America. Thank you, Joe

Dyantay was awesome great customer service. Greets us with a smile and very friendly. Dyantay shows great customer service always and its such a pleasure to come at this location rather than others. Dyantay makes us feel at home with name recongnization and fast and efficient service. Dyantay deserves a raise with such good service. Nicholes also brought our our food fast and with a smile. Kelly is also amazing server. Kelly is friendly and polite what a wonderful person. Great advice on the Crispy Chicken.

Extremely busy and cramped. Went for a pick up order. Biscuits were hard as a rock. ALL of the food was soggy and cold. The order wasnt correct AT ALL. Staff seemed overwhelmed and couldnt care less.

Waitress Dolores B . Was extremely Rude made us all uncomfortable. After we spoke to the manager on duty and he didn’t seem to want to help or listens .We have been going to cracker barrel for years, we will not be returning to this location ever again and have contacted there corporate office.

We were a big group, sitting at 3 different tables. The staff was very accommodating. However there was a mix up and half of us were completely done with our meals before others were served. Seemed like we were followed out to make sure we paid our tabs which was unfortunate because otherwise I would given at least 4 stars. I had the southern fried chicken meal which was delicious.

Kim was an excellent waitress. Pork chops were delicious Very reasonable price 😊

Great food. Service is good at times. I visit at least once a month for breakfast. Some days are better than others in terms of service. The food is pretty good most of the time. I say that because it’s obvious when the cooks change. Overall not a bad place for breakfast. Definitely better than IHOP and Denny’s.As a follow up to my last review. The service has gotten worse(not sure if it’s pandemic related) but they seemed really short staffed. I go for breakfast around 7:30am and lately there has been one wait staff member and 1 host. This last visit we waited 10 minutes with menus in had and no one took our order or even served coffee. Call me impatient but we left and went to Waffle House and in 10 minutes we were drinking coffee and order taken. We don’t have a variety of options for breakfast in Warner Robins.

There was a 25 min wait for a table so decided to do a to go order. The hostess called twice for someone to take my order.I waited 10-15 min no came so I told the hostess to get me a table Well when I finally get a table its 45 mins in.I waited another 10 to order. Indeed my breakfast then I ordered a vegetable plate to go. I take it out when I got to the house Order all wrong. I call to to complain got hung up on twice then when I got the manager she tried to accomadate me with another meal Bring your reciept.i did not get one. She said that was a General Manger call it he wont be there for 3 days. Terrible experience for a Cracker Barrel

Every bite of food was delicious. I will definitely be back. The biscuits are so fluffy. Apples are soft at sweet. The gravy has a great bacon flavor. Best hash browns on the planet!

Service was great partly no weight at all. Refreshments were brought almost immediately. Took the time to explain the specials and made recommendations. Facility seem to capital one name change including the outside parking area there is plenty of parking both standard parking in handicap. Handicap accessibility. Thats most cracker barrels easy to spot from the rolling highway billboard present to notify you that it was coming up at the next exit. And quick easy access to interstate 95.

Always good home style food. Distancing in place. Breakfast all day. Food served hot. Waiters check back to see if you need anything. Gift shop is unique. Some seating on porch. Roosters and chickens roam around outside.

If I could put no stars I would cause there is no way there deserve it. First of all we wait so long for a server my dude had to get up and find someone to even take or order. I love Cracker Barrel but this location at it at all.

Went for the fried chicken and it looked old or refried. It wasnt freshly fried. The turnip greens and mac-n-cheese were good.

Janice are waitress was working hard on the first day 2020 for us. Food is normally always good here & it was super busy today. You can not go wrong with any of their breakfast options and orange cream soda is a must treat yourself drink. Their store always has unique gift ideas as well. Happy 2020!

Cracker Barrel Store in Deerfield Beach, Fl off I-95 and 10th St was very disappointing on our visit July 7, 2021. It wasnt the service but the cashier, Roberta who behaved very unprofessionally. As I got midway in the store, she flew passed and ran around to the counter signaling the hostess to cut off and not seat us. My husband was already with the hostess. I caught her giving her a No & cut sign. The poor hostess is now trying to figure out a lie and said we are closing early. Now, we arrived about 8:40pm and they close at 9pm.Mind you, the place had approximately 25-30 people there. She just didnt want us there and didnt care when I said I would email corporate and do a review of what she did. I asked for a manager and told her what happened and she couldnt believe Roberta did that but did seat us. People were still being served around us. I understand it was getting late but I thought as long as you are in, we had 20 minutes, it was ok. Secondly, if this is their policy, there should be a notice on the door of the latest sitting time like other establishments have posted.We have spent lots of money at Cracker Barrel Stores and currently do. Not just eating but buying from the stores all the time. I have never experienced this before. However, Roberta did a disservice to the Cracker Barrel Stores in my book.

Loved the roosters and hens. We sat outside. Food was good. I didnt believe people appreciate how far waitresses have to go from kitchen though.Need a better system for outdoors, covers on food maybe. Challenging like all covid stuff. Service was good however and manager was nice.

Ive never had better food. Me and my family of 5 went and got amazing food, I ordered a hot chocolate and it was the best thing ever, got tiny marsh mellows without asking! If I could I would rate it 6 or even 7 stars! I could never believe there is a person in this universe that would not like the food here! The staff was friendly too and we got amazing stuff from the shop upfront. Our waiter was very kind and helped us very much. Thank you cracker Barrel for being open when you were.

We had a 50 minute wait for a table today, which we didnt mind, but when we were finally called for our table, and was being led to it, was told, oh, our air conditioning is broken. If they had told us that at the beginning, we would have left and come back another time and not have been upset. We didnt end up staying today either, but we were a bit annoyed about the lack of communication.

The reason why only three stars! To go cup of coffee wasn’t even filled all the way halfway 3 dollars you’re out of your mind!! I left a dollar tip so four dollars actually and I shouldn’t even left the dollar because they were rude. Sad guys first thing in the morning people go in there and want to see your smiling faces and start their day off correct it’s was the opposite sorry just be happy guys if you hate your job just quit just be happy makes life easier!

A friend told us this plane had pancakes that were to die for and he was right! They have the best pancakes, better than IHOP or Dennys, and at a very affordable price. Delicious affordable place for breakfast.

Got the double meat breakfast, all good but The Sausage Patty was a little dry, got the watermelon flavored tea not that great.

The cashier was wonderful her name Dora not sure of the other cashier was but they was both very pleasant. The other cashier convince me to by some candy that was on sale..it was three candy bar and she gave me a good idea that eventually made me purchase the candies.

The food was delicious. I enjoyed myself. Yum!

Yummy breakfast spot near two hotels and right off of I-95. I enjoyed the iced mocha latte with the grandmas platter! I didn’t like the eggs or the ham - definitely low grade eggs and meats - but am American classic none the less!

The food and service were good. Theres ample parking and the staff is friendly. Social distancing is maintained and you can eat outside of you want. The only thing i wouldnt suggest is the hash brown casserole.

Probably the healthiest alternative to all out fast food dining but just a notch. Kitchen churns can cause quality and consistency issues. They also permanently removed spicy grilled catfish from the menu leaving breaded and unhealthy alternatives on the menu.

We were a big party. Our server, Patricia went above and beyond with us. The food was great, but Patricias professionalism placed our visit at five stars.

Good old fashioned local type eatery for a chain restaurant. Went there for a quick dinner. Thr decor reminds me of the old days. The food was pretty good and service was excellent. They also have an old style general store at the front of the restaurant.... l cant wait to go back to try breakfast there just to take some time to browse around that store!
