They have always been pleasant to me whenever I need to pick up something and are helpful.

I noticed a bunch of bad reviews for this multi-faceted business and had to ask why? Why does everyone feel compelled to share their opinion on Wal-Mart pharmacy? 1. Meds are inexpensive here if you understand your insurance 2. It takes a lot of school/hard work to be a pharmacy tech and a Pharmicist. 3. If youre angry about the wait, take a walk around the store, call ahead, plan your visit, be pro active about your time Managment. Its one of the busiest pharmacys in DeKalb. Please be understanding. ☝💯

They don’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give. The worst pharmacy in DeKalb. The employees are rude and have horrible customer service. Ridge at the Dekalb location told us that he didn’t like “good rx” because it “took money out of the pharmacies pocket”, even though it helps us get cheaper medications. I’m calling corporate ASAP to notify them about Ridge and will NEVER use Walmart pharmacy again.

Good employees. Usually a good experience. Unfortunately I just recently had a not so good experience.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Waited 30 minutes for a prescription to be told it would be another 30, so I left and came back a few hours later to find out they hadnt even started filling it.

Great staff

Walmart staff, within the store itself, is generally courteous. Most employees do try their best to answer questions. There are times the wait is longer than anticipated but this could easily be avoided with more cashiers. More cashiers would also reduce the amount of theft causing an abundance of inflation. Just a thought. Even selling clear bags within the store itself encouraging more honesty with purchases. Another thought is to have a line available for those with clear bags or coin purses/wallets who could receive a 5-10% discount on their purchase for encouraging better shopping techniques. I know I hope to purchase a clear car seat cover from Walmart so my baby can go in safely and they don’t have to peak in to check for miscellaneous items some might try to hide inside the seat cover.
