Store was fine. Restrooms closed over an hour before closing time. Representative stated had to. be cleaned early for the next day???

I wish this Aldi was a little closer to home so that I could come here every shopping trip! Ive ordered groceries through Instacart and Ive been inside the store and I havent been disappointed yet. Everyone is friendly, the store is clean and so bright. The selection was pretty great compared to the Rockford location or Rochelle.

Omg the aldis in Dekalb is disgusting. Sad cause its a newer store. Hard to find fruit without mold on it. Flies all over the food. Freezers need to be defrosted. Wouldnt trust buying anything out of those freezers. Definitely dont recommend shopping there for food

I love Aldi! Some are better then others and this one is great. Lots of parking options and the people are really nice. One employee went out of her way to help me find a product and tracked me down in the store after she found it, really went out of her way to help. Plus my cats are happy when I bring home an Aldi box for them to play in haha. Thanks Aldi keep it up!

I have never been to a grocery store thats bathrooms are so frequently closed off to the public. Its genuinely infuriating and not up to code, see Illinois DPH minimum fixture requirements under title 77, section 890.810

Aldi has been raising prices lately, and the Saint Charles location is no exception. Quality of produce is still very high, and the shelves are almost always well stocked. One of the better Aldis in the area.

Love that they upgraded our Aldi to this large, open store with so much to offer. Clean, organized, and following covid precautions.

Very spacious, nicely organized and always very clean with good selections. Also, DO NOT sleep on red wine from Aldi. Usually highly 4 star rated on the Vivino wine app!

Love aldi! Sometimes they only have one register open and the line can get long but the cashiers are usually very fast. Everyone is helpful and wearing masks. They dont always have everything that is in the ad which is a little disappointing.

I was there last night( Monday the 19th of January 2021). It was 7:20, there was a line of 6 people ahead of me( all with full carts, one person had 2 carts) and I really had to take a P. I went up to the bathroom but it was blocked off my the mop bucket and cleaning cart. I asked the a worker can I use the bathroom? She said no, bathrooms closed for cleaning, but no one was cleaning the bathroom. I had to leave my cart behind and lose my spot in line to use the gym next door. UNHAPPY with this ALDI and the staff closing the bathroom early to a full store of customers for no reason. The frozen food wall has labels on the walls letting people know what should be beneath the label in the freezer, except the items dont match the labels. Everything else is great in the store and the staff are very nice.

I went in the evening on Tuesday and it was a pleasure to shop with a near empty store 🙂. Usually there are people and carts everywhere and hard to shop while social distancing.I intended on purchasing specific 4-5 items, but of course, the pricing is so great that I came out with 2 bags of groceries. The cashier was also pleasant to talk with.

Always so easy to shop, wide lanes. Always clear aisles. The flow from one section to another with ease. Live a are great, selections bountiful

This Aldi is a lot nicer than the Naperville Aldi.

This new bigger store is nice. Wider aisles and usually stocked better than the previous store. The people are friendly.

Aldis grocery store now where do I start oh yes Aldis used to be right by Target theyre in a small store but the small star is gone now its a abandoned they first came to the big store in 2019 and I must say the new Aldi store is Wunderbar thats wonderful in German and yes they still have German cookies there Christmas German cookies very good ice cream Im not going to lie and very good pepperoni pizza like if youre very good ice cream Im not going to lie and very good pepperoni pizza like if youre hungry and youre looking for some penguin crackers then Aldis is the place to be

I love shopping at Aldi for essentials. The prices are fantastic. Very nice produce section. You do have to bag your own groceries and need a (refundable) quarter handy for a cart. But its worth it for the savings! Currently, a gallon of milk is 98 cents. Cant beat that!

Everything its okay fresh and organized. The only thing, is the cashiers do NOT respet the items, some times I prefer shopping at Meijer, they really respet customer and items .

General store manager who’s very tall with slick back hair gives me very unsettling vibes. Other than that, great store! Great prices and very organized.

Prices are great, most of the products taste the same as name brands. Most of the dairy are usually less money than big grocery stores. Fresh fruits and vegetables. some gluten free products. Does have Mexican items. I dont know when the store will get more square footage, it needs it.

Love aldi! Wish some of the items had more staying power, I fall in love with stuff and then theyre gone, but that comes with the territory of the business model. I often find new favourites here for great prices, and the cashiers have always been pleasant. Wish there was one closer to my house!!

Best place for adorable groceries/essentials and the occasional oddity in the housewares/seasonal aisle. Great house brand stuff and pretty decent German food items too.

Aldi is my favorite store hands down. This location is crazy busy but when they relocate across the street at the end of July 2019, the store will triple in size and the parking wont be so hard. Cant wait!

Aldis is headquartered in Germany. I read labels and hardly any preservatives or artificial colors or flavors are used in their products. In addition, they have a good selection of organic foods and beverages. You can find Home Goods that are a steal price wise! I love the baked goods imported from Germany! Aldi really helps one to get healthy foods at reasonable prices.

Great prices, especially on milk and eggs. I dont understand how they can sell a gallon of milk for around or even under $1 when the nation average is closer to $3.50 but Im not complaining. Everything a person or family would need at the best prices around. Always shop ALDI first.

This is one of the few remaining Aldis that hasnt been remodeled, but its still a nice place to shop. Limited selection per the standard Aldi business model, but quality is good and prices are great. Friendly staff.

I enjoy shopping at the new Aldi. Prices are exactly where Id like my groceries to be at and many options available. Only thing I wish they had would be a water jug filling station.

Every time I have gone in there the place is covered in flies, rotting produce and the store is a complete disaster. I have had nothing but bad customer service as well. I will be sending you pictures of the few things that I found. They always seem to be out of everything as well. The store is also extremely dirty. I actually left my cart full of groceries today because of how bad the place smelled and all the rotting produce. I do plan to reach out to the manager tonight. I will be driving back to Elgin to use their new facility. It is worth the 45 minute drive instead of having to try to scavenge for groceries in this place. I also have plenty of pictures if you guys would like them. I did send a review to corporate.

The new Aldis is great it has the biggest space so far this place is amazing I have nothing bad to say about it

Pros: GREAT pricesCons: close earlyI mean come on, 7pm is way to early to close on a Sunday. As someone that works later, I often cant make it to Aldi in time before closing. Also they tend to run out of certain items on Sundays, like coffee and eggs.

Aldis is wonderful just the best produce and cheaper prices today I got 8 bags of groceries for $90 If you have never been there try it ! It will be your new store.

Aldis makes my life simple. It is very high quality and affordable. Also they pay their workers a living wage so I feel better than shopping at Walmart. Its similar to Trader Joes. In fact they are owned by the same family. They have great Italian and German options and really fun cheese selections crazy cheap! But good. Organic produce as well. You wont find everything there but for staples, its the best.

Prices are the best!!! However, you have to maneuver through crowded aisles next to frustrated shoppers and then contend with the store clerks slam dunking your fresh produce and chips into your cart. Very frustrating.

Great products great employees and very nice store

This is a pretty good Aldi with nice produce, a good selection of frozen foods, and some nice meats. The community isnt huge so it isnt one of the biggest stores but the store is clean, the staff are nice and you can generally find whatever you are looking for with no problem.

Very good comparative prices. It can be a little confusing finding the items you want because they tend to shuffle the locations of items around. Its a good store for all of the basic food items then afterward I go to Walmart for the few things they dont carry.

Terrific prices,great vegetables&fruits.Delicious imported chocolates. Lunch meat& cheese selections and fresh& frozen meats and canned goods are good too.Cant beat seasonal plant sales either!

The new Aldi is much better compared to the old Aldi. The new Aldi is much bigger much, more spacious, and it appears to have a lot more selection. Even the parking lot is better. The drawback with shopping at Aldi is the check out system. Lines are always very long and the cashiers, though they try to be quick, are not as efficient as other stores. There is also no express lanes. The store is always very crowded. I think this area needs to have at least two Aldi stores to help with the crowdedness of the store.

Prices are great, but you dont have as large of variety as you do at a big grocery store. And they offer some hard-line products. If you find it, buy it or it will be gone.

Coming here always pisses me off. Place is full of nothing but overweight entitled soccer moms. They need to get self scan lanes.

The staff is very friendly and hard working. It is however always very busy and an extra cashier would be nice.

My favorite Aldi. Their always moving things around keeping everything fresh. Everyone working has kind words; even if they are so sick that they should be home in bed.

Im new to aldi and I love the whole concept and most people that work there are very friendly. At this specific location there is a girl named Ashley that works as a cashier. Every time I go to check out she has an attitude and makes me feel very uncomfortable. Im already going there using my link card always hoping Ive got enough on it which can be mortifying by itself. She was just rude, not friendly, and I was just very uncomfortable. I try to avoid her lines when I go as this has happened twice already.

We shop at Aldis every week for certain things that are the best buys you can find anywhere. There are two things I wish Aldis would have on a regular basis. One is Sharp Cheddar Cheese Tubs and the other is Cilantro Hummus, so I would not have to make an extra trip elsewhere to purchase. Always courteous check outs and great service. They always ask if we found everything. These are the two things we have a hard time finding.

I am very pleased with how well stocked Aldis is, and today especially, for a checker, stockers, etc. in assisting me in trying to locate misplaced car keys. A nice gentleman even phoned me when they had found a set. Mine had dropped inside car when I was getting out. (I know.. !! Lol) THANK YOU!

I like shopping at Aldi for certain things and I love that they now have a lot of organic goods for very very affordable prices. However, on this particular visit, the credit card machine was covered in nasty crud and the cashier seemed upset when I said it looked like someone wiped their butt on it and I proceeded to wipe it with a lysol wipe. It was so gross. She should have said thanks, not given attitude.
