Need to get better people.. that actually know what to do.. this people just go to work to get paid and don’t help out .. they just act like they doing something.. then tell u to call customer service..

Went in to store as i was having problems activating a new sim card. Todd was very helpful in getting everything straightened out. as we waited for phone to activate we talked about phones. Very knowledgeable and avid fan of cell phones and technology as a whole.

Very clean store, staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with my warranty exchange. ended up leaving with a sync up and i love it!!

Although at times the CSRs arent fully knowledgeable and trained properly..... if you do have a problem and report it, the store will give you some type of credit to resolve the issue 👍

They lie about free items to get u to get service w them. Tell you you dont have a payment due That month. When u call customer service they hang up. Its a very unreliable store and always giving u inaccurate information. Ive had problem from the begining. I just want to be done w t mobile.

Can get really busy here and sometimes they cant help you and tell you you have to call T-Mobile customer service yourself.

They Dont know what they doing including the store manager. Makes me want to cancel T-mobile just from this experience.
