Aaron provided excellent service. He successfully assisted us with adding my dad as a new line. He quoted me with different promotions, and saved us money by explaining how each plan worked. Aaron took care of us in a professional manner, and Verizon should be proud to have Aaron as an employee.

Young lady by the name of Daisy very sweet and helpful. She helped me at my best interest and did everything she can to help me without forcing me to buy. My phone ended up working just fine after she updated everything. I did a 30 minute drive, and I am glad the issue was fixed. Will come here for all my cellular needs

I was excited to switch to Verizon so I came to this store since it had so many good reviews. I did not receive the same customer service as most people. I was lied to and taken advantage of. These salesmen do not care and will squeeze every penny out. I was told about a “tech fee” of $220 PER iPhone when opening up a new line. There is no such thing! They used this language to confuse me into buying added accessories on my phones! I was also never explained what the “device set-up fee” was. They did not explain well at all what I was paying for that day and I payed $600 JUST to switch to Verizon (NOT including monthly bill)! They are a third-party seller with their own hidden fees and unethical, confusing sales tactics, do not go here!! I went to a different Verizon store and the guy explained my bill and said I was completely taken advantage of in an unethical manner. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Staff was very helpful, friendy and knowledgeable. Primarily Efrain, with Tevin in support. They made the transition experience from my old to new Iphone very stress free, which, as a senior citizen I truly appreciated.

I just recently came in had problems at various verizon stores so i came in already with a low expectation but the rep that helped us was very helpful and kind and made everything easy 10/10 recommend tevin as a rep im very pleased

We came in cause my wife was still using a decapitated Pixel 1 original. With all the deals we both ended up getting new Pixel 4s. Great service, no wait, super clean and new store. Ricardo Rosario is the man to see in the store. Polite, helpful and even got some water for our daughter. Definitely coming back here for my Verizon needs.
