Jennifer here was great she was very helpful. She was very informative on all the new and updated devices and was more then willing to help me with the discounts for my military services and was very patient with all the questions I had to ask. If you go and need help with upgrading or anything I would recommend Jennifer.

His name is Hector. For this young man to commute 80 miles round trip every day, with everything that’s going on, to service my needs and the needs of others, is truly remarkable. Decided to start my own service with Verizon and I was immediately welcomed by Angela. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail to me which made me really happy after a day of browsing through different cellular carriers. We were here from out of state and our phone broke and went here for some help. Eliana and Sal were so helpful. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this verizon store. Service with a smile, genuine concern and very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the service we received.

I went to this store to pay a bill and the only girl in the store helped me; I think her name is Itsel or Isela? I complained that my bill had been higher than expected the past two months. She looked into my account and told me they have different unlimited options and I could mix and match plans with the different needs of my family. I was able to Add a tablet on the new plan for less than what I was paying before on my old plan with NO tablet! She was patient with me even though I asked a million questions and was initially confused about my plan. Customer service like this is the reason that I stick with Verizon.

Very slow customer service. Was being helped by a representative named Isela. She was not helpful at all with my Iphone issue. She was more focused on texting on her phone then focusing on my issues with my phone. I felt really disrespected and did not deserve to be treated this way. Never going to this store again. Issue with my phone still didnt get resolved will go to a different location on one of my days off and hopefully it will get handled.

Horrible customer service. They make you feel like if you are bothering them when you go in the store or call them to ask a question. Employee named Ella was very rude. Rolling her eyes, sighing the whole time, even saying oh my god ugh. Never again Id rather go to Bakersfield or Tulare. Not recommending this place to anyone.

Had the worst experience with Ramon from this store. This guy will say anything and lie to make his sale. When i wanted to take back the phone i had just got 2 days prior, i called the store and was told he was busy but he would return my call. Never got a call. I showed up to the store the next day to ask what I could do about returning my phone because I didnt like the price and he had told me all the accessories he gave me were free but actually they werent. Ramon and some other guy told me it was the 3rd day so id have to pay the restocking fee of $75. He eventually convinced me that in 1 year Id be able to change my phone. Turns out that was a lie. Because I just talked to someone at another verizon location and the girl told me Im on a 2 year contract which doesnt allow me to change phones like Ramon had told me. Im honestly just disappointed that Im stuck paying a phone that I dont even like. He didnt explain things well enough that I honestly felt like he manipulated me into my purchase. He even told me to make sure to give him a 10 on the email survey. I dont think thats how it works buddy. Never coming to this location again.
I went in because they said since i had been a customer for a year i had a promotion for 2 tablets. Went in spent like 300 bucks on tablets. The guy there (ramon ariaga) never told me i was going to get charged 40 bucks for each tablet on my next bill as an activation fee. He put insurance which i didnt ask for and never told me there would be a fee of 170+ dollars if i ever wanted to take the tablets off my line ect ect. And then my plan goes from 14gb to 8gb? And supposably i was gonna get 2 extra gb because i got tablets and that didnt happen. Now i got a bill of 350 to pay because this salesperson didnt advise me of all the fees. So people be careful when purchasing a tablet or when they tell you you have a promotion.

Very slow. Only two people work here at most. Its a good day if two people are here. They dont even acknowledge people waiting in line. Terrible service lets it get unbearable to wait.
