Im not rating the phone service yo get what you pay for its awesome in my opinion, im rating the customer expirience im from out of town and stoped here to pay my bill mind you their was only one other costumer in the store looking at phones, with 2 employees i had to wait 30min just to pay a bill this is ridiculous, and not because of technical issues or anything this was just time wasted by enployees like i legit had to sit down while they showed phones when my transaction was a quick in and out in less than 2 min. mind you the sign says closed yet its open?! this was before 10 on a monday. get better employees that know how not to keep a customer waiting so long for such a long time

Bought a new phone REVL 4 weekend before last was defective & not working. Went to metro they ordered me a new one, was told not there would be a $21.95 shipping charge. Surprise fee when I went to pick up my warranty phone. Had to spend money again!!

Security guard doesnt know when to shut up. Plays shooting games on his phone while yelling. Honestly get better people to secure the area. Seems like guy doesnt know what hes doing.
