The Denison location just helped me with a battery. Customer service was amazing. Had my battery changed out in my Yukon in less than 10 minutes

They took good care of my friend on a warrantied battery. I carried her dead battery in and they got right with us. Very helpful and professional.

I stopped by to get new wiper blades because the ones I had were squeaking. The gentlemen not only looked up the correct blades, but they also went out to my car to confirm that they had the correct ones. He said he wasnt sure that one of the blades would work. He went back to my car and put it on BEFORE he charged me for them!! OUTSTANDING customer service and I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!! I DEFINITELY will be going back!!!

Went to this location to get a alternator per customer request installed it the part was bad did this twice that day after being told I didnt know what I was doing and installed it wrong I went to another parts store and got the part had not trouble at that point but telling a customer they dont know what there doing especially one that has 20+ years in automotive service and repair and Owns a shop yeah not good

Staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! It is always clean and organized, even though its a further drive, Denison Autozone is my go to for parts.

Some of the employees are very knowledgeable all are helpful. Got some good tips recently when I purchased a water pump. The only reason they didnt get five stars is some of the parts are cheap built and dont last(however they usually have multiple options and you typically get what you pay for). Other items like oil and antifreeze are too expensive there. Some parts are a lot more affordable online if you have time. Overall I would recommend.

Ah the jack in the box of auto parts. Its not always the best but it gets the job done. Staff is helpful, parts quality is always questionable, especially house brand parts.

Its hit or miss if they have what I need. Customer service has been back and forth on good or just adequate. Prices are always better at AutoZone. My husband gets better service than I do. I dont usually have to wait long. Good amount of parking.

Took care of an emergency today. Got the wrong compressor from a different store and didnt have time to wait for them to correct. Josh crushed it by getting the right one same day.

Went in with a battery problem. Harold helped me out. He was careful and attentive to detail. Identified the area of the problem I am having, so I could get to the right mechanic. I recommend Harold highly to anyone in need of help.

They are not guaranteeing their products after they sell them. Changing rules refusing to refund especially when they gave wrong part to u. Terrible attitude by boss and employees. Will not purchase another thing from them. Have been a customer for 15 plus years. Never again!

It was a very satisfying experience. The sales person asked if he could me find something. He looked it up and told me about my options. Then he took it upon himself to expertly install my wipers. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

The customer service from the store manager, Aaron, was exceptional. Had a headlight that was out. He took the time to test the fuses, the bulb, and the connector. Because of him, I know exactly what was wrong with my car, and now I can get it taken care of properly. He offered to fix it for me as well, but unfortunately could not guarantee that it would be fixed 100% correctly. But, he made sure that my car was working properly so I could get home safely. Battery needed charging left for 3 hours fully charged no cost.

Unfortunately Dennis and his incompetence has solidified my decision to never return to auto zone. How he managed to screw up the simple task of ordering a 7.99 part to which I brought in to have in hand exactly what was needed...well when I returned 3 days later to pick it up, not only did he not order the correct part he preceded to talk loud enough that everyone in the store was now watching him try to make this mistake my fault.. guessing he’s unaware of o’reillys across the street.

Had to have new windshield wipers and a new gas cap. Pouring down rain and he installed my wipers without me asking. Amazing

Great service but very very pricey cost way too much money for a court of oil these days in a place like that. $10 for one quart of oil. I needed 3 but I only bought one.

Today, I experienced customer service as it should be. I have a 1981 jeep cj7 that has the entire electrical system upgraded to modern technology. Finding an alternator that would keep the vehicle charged using the existing brackets on the vehicle was a task to say the least. Josh, one of the managers of the Denison location, went above and beyond searching for the best alternator for the jeep. Then to make it fit the existing brackets, Josh and a sales associate Phillip, removed the front housing from the old alternator and installed it to the new 100 amp alternator right on the counter, while I was there in the store. Josh then bench tested the alternator to ensure it was performing to the advertised amp and voltage output rating.Myself being in the retail corporate business for several years, understand how important it is to have training and knowledge for a successful store. Compassion for the customer is something you can not train or teach. It comes from with in.Josh and his team in Denison Texas, displayed true top quality, knowledgeable customer service with compassion to accomplish the satisfaction of a loyal customer. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations!
