It has always been hit or miss on customer service at Walmart Auto care center. Right now it is a hit at the Denison store. The guys are laid back but know what they are doing. This time it was my battery. Tested it, boosted it, replaced it, found the correct one quickly. Kept me calm while I wanted to break down emotionally because I can not be with out a vehicle. Two weeks ago I had a nail in the tire, they took it out without damage to the tire and saved me money. I was fortunate I was right by the store that time.

Guy in the shop in denison have always done a good job for me changing my oil and watching all the fluids for me recently had a rear turn signal bulb go out, stopped in they didnt have the bulb for it they said if I went down the street to a auto supply and get one and stop back by they would put in in for me, the next day I got the bulb and stopped back by and they put it in for me and did not charge me to put the bulb in. So I thanked them and went on my way. They always put floor Mats in so as not to get oil on the carpet from their shoes. They try not to get oil on the steering wheel from their hands always. Which I appreciate greatly. Fair friendly and seem to be pretty honest bunch of guys and gals.

Ive come to this location a couple of times in the past and they were understaffed and way backed up that I could never get service. Plenty of staff today, no wait time. Brought in one car to fix a tire and ended up also having my oil changed on my other car. Service was fast and efficient. In and out in 20 minutes.

Great ONLY if you go early on Sunday morning. Other than that it is HORRIBLE. Other times there is a 3-4 hour wait for an oil change, unacceptable!

Im a little biased cause I work here, but we run a great shop. We are severely shorthanded at the moment, so of course it takes a little longer than usual. When we are fully staffed, it does not take long at all. The wait times we give is just that. Wait time not time it takes to complete a job.

Great, fast service. No BS and the manager was patient with me since Im the one that thinks theres an isle for blinker fluid.

If youre looking for a patch dont go here. Apparently a nail in the dead center of the tire is too close to the wall and theyll just say Im sure one of these smaller tire shops will do it thanks for nothing jackasses

First let me say, No Customer Service,at Walmart EVER! I had to go find someone to wait on me. I finally got Cindy, the manager, to the desk and had to have my battery checked, before they would do anything,then guess what? Its not in stock! Oh but I can upgrade it to a True 5year warranty! Or drive to another store to see if they have it, because the website doesnt tell the real stock of any store. So I guess I paid for a 5year battery thats not real. Thanks Walmart, thats the last time you get my money!
