They have the Denison Police Department contract, so... yeah not much to complain about other than the legal extortion this kind businessgets to charge for impounding your vehicle.. theres no way to tell the owner that you dont want your vehicle, that is sitting on private property that you would like it to continue sitting there while your being incarcerated by the Great Men and Women in blue. Like any other legal wrecker service in this Great State of Not Oklahoma, they get to charge you more than what the vehicle is worth just to let it sit on rocks inside a chain link fence with no shade, no detailing, not hosing off the dust or cleaning the windows. By the end of day 2, we had a very satisfied owner of B&B.

B&B Automotive is the most professional independent service center Ive ever seen. Im a repeat customer and continually impressed by the quality of their service, scope of the repairs they do, and the cleanliness of the facilities from the waiting lounge to the bathrooms. Eddie Brown is a professional who runs his shop right, and I cant say enough good things about this place.

Dont use this shop for anything the owner him self took my motor apart and could not put it back together I had to have it towed to another shop just to get it back together and running. most of the pieces were missing from the poor workmanship of this shop. beware of it

This place was recommended to me by a friend. My transmission went out on me on a Sat night. Cliff at B & B gave me options for replacing the transmission. They worked with me & allowed me to leave my car there while I decided whether to replace my car or have it repaired. They had the car back to me after only one day of when I delivered the transmission & the customer service was above & beyond ... just exceptional! When I picked up my car, not only was it repaired but it had been washed, upholstery had been cleaned, and even the windshields & windows cleaned. THANK YOU for setting the bar so high with great customer service!!

Lied about checking inside my transmission because my husband marked the pan with red seal and the seal was unbroken....yeah!.... after 2 weeks of then holding it there ! Then wanted to charge me 260$. This was in 2019 when they were still over on east side of viaduct in Denison.

I came here to write a 5 star review, everything went well until I left the lot. I mulled this decision to write a review for a while now, and I am going to dock one star for every vacuum hose and air intake hose I had to reinstall myself. There is zero, and I mean zero, excuse to miss a 4 hose to an inter cooler being still disconnected as well as the vacuum harness was disconnected in 3 places (I will give benefit of the doubt to one connection as it was on the turbo). Not sure how you guys test drove this as you said you did and not notice this issue (this tends to make one feel lied to). When a repair is several thousands of dollars is done, one should expect more concern and quality of work to be shown and a little attention to detail goes a long way.I did not even make it to the 75 on ramp before my vehicle threw a code and had no power under medium acceleration (again how you test drove this and did not find this before me is a mystery which makes me question the person who told me they did drive it, integrity). I got home and fixed the lines myself which cleared the code. There is/was a lack of pride in ones workmanship that was made here, that coupled with the initial list of parts until I crossed checked them as well as the cost compared to OEM (which I had a parts list from the dealer) vexed me enough to finally write this as I carefully weigh ones ethics of business here, to which I do not do so lightly. I waited on this quite a few weeks so that I did not write this in anger upon finding my engine not properly connected as it should have been. You can only fix this by showing those after me better ethics, perceived if nothing else. I will not be a return customer, but I hope that you consider this to be a moment where you can show by your work in the future that your commitment to our community is more than just what you can get paid.

My wife and I, were going from Houston to Arkansas to our son:s house. Entering Oklahoma my SUV broke down on I 75 S. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck and took us both to B&B Automotive. It was late afternoon. From there one of the owners suggested a the Hilton Garden very by. . After making the reservation, one of the owners took us there, even recommended, where to have dinner across the street. The following day they had the quote for the repair.. Very thorough at inspections. Love how they email you a detailed list of what your car needs. A little pricey but other than that my experience was good. Cant say the same for the wrecker service tho.

Ive been wanting a solid, trustworthy mechanic for a long time. The problem I would run into is that very few mechanics are so all inclusive. These guys have been able to fix everything so far. Ive taken two trucks to them in the last 2 weeks, one of them with a 2 day time crunch and quite a few repairs to be made. I wont use anyone else. B&B will be our go to shop from now on. Ive had front end work done, air conditioning, transmission service,oil changes, tires, and more. So far I havent found anything they couldnt handle.I noticed they didnt have many recent reviews and thought Id throw one in. Highly recommend these guys. You wont be disappointed.

From a mechanics standpoint, they are a great shop. Did good work and no BS. I think the lady that assisted me was Doris... she was amazing. Id recommend them to anyone.

I agree with below, they were great under the bridge. Went into for inspection and oil change. The owner won’t let you explain to mechanic and told me they have A-1 certified mechanics, they can fix any thing rude told me to take to other. But radiator popped a leak in parking spot. Said hoses were also bad, only replaced the top hose.The electric problem I want fixed they had no idea they send email copy IT cause they change what they say.Also noticed oil leak, good job, they changed the oil not replacing 10$oil gasket.Got my inspection, RUNNING LIGHTS AT NIGHT STILL DON’T WORKTRUCK at another Shop.

One of the best service providers I have ever used. I was traveling and had a blowout on the highway. My insurance company sent them out to where I was and while changing my tire, the wrecker driver pointed out that we had a hole in the oil pan caused from me going off of the highway during the blowout. He called my insurance company and explained the situation to them and he made it possible for my car to be towed to their shop for the oil pan to be replaced. He waited on the side of the road with us until the rental vehicle my insurance company sent out was there to drive and then he loaded my car and the repair shop employees kept me informed of the progress so I knew exactly when my oil pan would be there and then when my car would be ready. I highly recommend this wrecker and their automotive shop to anyone that needs service on the roadside or if you live there or are travelling through!

Had a problem with really bad battery corrosion that ended up damaging some other parts. They were able to promptly tow, diagnose, order replacement parts, and repair my car, and even come give me a ride to the shop to pick it up when it was finished. They were able to get it all done before my final semester of classes started on Tuesday. Doris was very friendly and was the one who gave me a ride back to the shop. A+ service and definitely recommend.

Great people to deal with excellent work

I took my wifes car here because the drivers side of the car was sitting lower than the other. When we were driving her car, the car would shake side to side very seriously when on the highway. We have used B and B before but this time I was let down. We were told nothing was wrong but the tire pressure on the drivers side. We were charged $50, drove home with the car still leaning to one side. First time out on the highway, the car still was shaking side to side. Im still not sure what I paid $50 for, to air up a tire?And I realize I took our car there in November, but am I wrong that we were told nothing was wrong with our car but tire pressure? No explanation as to the car leaning to one side or the car shaking side to side.

I was travelling on US 75 north when my SUV pulling a trailer blew a huge cloud of white smoke out the back and we had no transmission power left. It was very close to B&Bs closing time. Doris answered the phone & she was very patient with me while I ran up to the exit sign to tell her my location. Doris was very professional, concerning & helpful throughout our repair experience. Their flatbed picked up our car & trailer & had us back on the road the next day around noon. I believe this is a Christian run business from talking with Doris and they could have sold me a transmission when all I needed was the trans cooling line re-connected.
