My key broke in my ignition after work. I Google a Mazda dealership near my job. The first gentleman I spoke with was fantastic. He basically told me they could take care of me if I get there as soon as possible. He then connected me with Jacobi. He was wonderful. Typical high and mighty attitudes from everyone at this dealership, including manager Andrew Myers, except for our sales guy cause he was desperate for a sale. But not desperate enough to give us what we wanted when we were sitting there ready to pay cash for a new, loaded Mazda3. Funny how they can give you the price you were wheeling and dealing for days after through a text message. No thanks.

I just wanted to give proper high praise to the entire Classic Mazda of Denton team, starting with Sales Manager Ryan Rector, who stepped in to provide me necessary information in a clear way with the assurance that Classic Mazda of Denton would not try to sneak in extras or pad the pricing of my new car. A special shout out goes out to Wes in the financing office for practically having to hold my hand so that I could understand the financing portion. He understood that I wouldn’t sign off on the deal until I was comfortable, didn’t press me too much when I politely declined extra service contracts (I understand he wouldn’t be doing his job if he didn’t try) and got me a great apr on my loan. I left away happy with my deal, especially because in the end it worked out to be what the sales manager promised in our initial communications via email. I didn’t mention this when I was there but this car ended up being a birthday present to myself and I couldn’t be happier with my dream car (a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with premium package)! My experience was very horrible...if I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. But since I can’t I’m just going to tell y’all that the customer service that was given to us by Patrick was unacceptable. So unacceptable that we were forced to leave because he never came back to his desk to tell us what our next steps were. He was too busy trying to approach other people at door and talking on his phone instead trying to help us. So because of that we left, only for him to call back a couple days later to tell us that we were the ones with the problem not him. And that we should have been more patient and waited. And that is not right we shouldn’t have to wait for Patrick without him saying anything, I mean he just walked off and that’s just real bad communication on his part. And second we shouldn’t have had to wait for Patrick PERIOD!!! if we want to leave for whatever reason we can do that because WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS NOT HIM!!! So he doesn’t not have right to call us back and tell us how we PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE SUPPOSE TO BEHAVE!!! That’s not just rude but it’s unprofessional and not necessary and I wouldn’t recommend Patrick as dealer to anyone with that kind behavior let alone customer service. So please read this and be aware .

I bought a new Mazda3 Select from Collin. I love the car and Collin was incredibly helpful. The test drive was pretty fun. He showed me everything I need to know about the car and all the cool features. He even set up my phone on the car’s bluetooth for me, walked me through the MyMazda app, helped with the paperwork, just did everything he could to make this as easy for me as possible. Seriously could not have had a better experience.

Purchased my car from here in 2015 and continue to return to this dealership for routine service. Took it to another place for service ONE time -- never again!! The staff here is very prompt, friendly, and honest. I never feel pressured into any services not immediately necessary and they always provide a thorough breakdown of what my car needs and/or will eventually need in the future. The waiting area inside is very comfortable and clean as well (always has been, but especially so since the building was renovated!).
