Tried calling this place 3 times, each time being hung up on. Was needing service on an box truck but doesn’t seem as if they need any business. “It’s just some girl” is the last thing I heard before being hung up on.

Unfortunately, I have had to bring my car into the service center multiple times over the last three years due to accidents. These guys are the BEST! I have a Doge and have taken my car to the Dodge dealership, but would take it here over the Dodge dealership ANY DAY! We work with Ivan Stephens and he is awesome. He keeps us updated on all the repairs and makes sure we are treated wonderfully. Every time I get my car back, it has been washed and the interior has been cleaned. Dont expect that from a Dodge dealership! I will never use another repair shop again!

They have had our truck in for service for 6 days and have not even looked at it. Josh told me on friday that a technician was about to look at it and now on monday afternoon he has told me that they have not even started to look at it.
