I put a level kit on my F250 a few weeks back and needed an alignment. I had called other shops and they didnt sound too confident. I called Briscoe and they said yeah bring it in, we do this all the time. They did quite a bit to get everything in line. It took about an hour and a half, but the guy at the desk(sorry didnt catch your name) gave me updates on the progress along the way. They did a fantastic job! The truck handles awesome again and I can feel the difference. This was my first time using them, but it will not be my last. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Ill be back!

What a great shop! They did my alignment and checked all my work I had done on struts sway bar link and lateral links. Tightened a few things and adjusted my work for under 100! I love a shop that loves a customer. They let me get under the rack and look because I try to fix my own and learned a few things! Highly recommend this shop!

The shop personnel were prompt, friendly and excellent at answering questions I had about the tires.Had previously received excellent service at Briscoe Tire while getting a 4 wheel alignment.The decision to return for additional service was a no brainer. We get our fleet of box trucks taken care of here for tires. They are always cognizant of the fact that were busy and get us taken care of quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

I have had good experiences at this shop in the past, but today I had to wait for a very long time, was never helped in the 10 minutes I spent in there, and was rudely pawned off on the associate that was already helping someone by a free worker who was also at the front desk. Very poor service, only reason I didn’t give 1* was the guy who was actually working was clearly trying his best. Other guy’s attitude was completely unacceptable.

They are dedicated to customer service and good quality!I lived in Denton several years ago and needed new tires as a poor college student-and Briscoe came to my rescue. They went out of their way to work around my work schedule and give me the best deal possible. I grew up, graduated, and moved out to Fort Worth. Unfortunately I had some blowouts due to the terrible roads I had to drive on every day. When the blowouts happened, I had to go elsewhere nearby for new tires. We brought in my tires today to get the road hazard warranty refund based on tread life left. With no hassle they measured and refunded me! They were not difficult in the least, not condescending, nothing but polite and professional. Everyone should have the luck to come by this place and experience a difference from corporate mediocrity.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment, they did the work, I paid a reasonable price, I was happy that it was fixed.A couple days afterward I was driving and noticed something was definitely wrong.I pulled over to inspect and found that one of the tie rods was just dangling from the wheel!Thank God I was driving slowly and not on the highway, I could have easily flipped my lifted truck.I quickly realized that their mechanic had left the cotter pin out that holds the castle nut in place. So the nut had worked its way off of the tie rod allowing the tie rod to fall completely out.I wasnt too upset, I was unharmed and there was no damage to my truck. I was however stranded on the side of the road.I called Briscoe tire and alignment and explained the situation. I was calm and polite.The service manager Scott refused to do anything to rectify THEIR mistake. He would not accept responsibility for the mistake. He claimed that it was the fault of whoever originally installed the tie rods and not his mechanic who was indeed the last person to service that part.I was appalled. How could he be so dishonest? Needless to say, I will not do business with this shop again.

Great small business to keep in mind. This is not discount tire where a bunch of 20 yr olds running around like crazy getting it done but not a bad place at all. Recommend it

This is one of those independent businesses that we used to have more of that does high quality work for a fair price and gives back to the community. I have been doing business with them for 30+ years and I will continue to go there for hopefully another 30+ years. Sometimes they are very busy which means you might have to wait--but they are worth the wait. Overall--a great place to do business with and your money stays in the local economy, which helps us all.

Im from out of town and was having some issues with recently replaced rear brakes. The guy in the office was helpful and professional with a little Texas Charm. The staff working on my car explained everything to me without talking at me. I wouldve been in a real bad spot if it wasnt for these guys. I highly recommend them! Good mechanics are HARD to come by.

They took real good care of me. Came in on a Tuesday, they got me in the same day. Found out there were some issues with the car that needed to be fixed before alignment, and they let me know without even charging me for their time. Came back in Friday morning to get it aligned, and had it done in an hour. Excellent customer service. Better prices than any other place Ive found. They dont carry the super cheap discount lines of tires, but their prices for quality tires are similar to the prices of the discount to tires at their competitors.

Amazing people!! We are from Orlando and made an appointment for an alignment on our motor home that we are staying in, always stressful. Scott gave us walking directions to get breakfast while they checked our coach out. By the time we got back the alignment was done but Scott let us know it wasnt out very much, the reason we were having issues was it was missing a sway bar bracket. They had the parts delivered and we were on our way within a few hours!! Scott even called us an hour later to make sure the coach was doing better!! Very impressed, thank you!!

These folks went way way beyond a few years ago for me. I was driving up through Denton on my way to Colorado with a 24 enclosed trailer, hit a hole in the road, bending both axles and blowing both tires on one side. They upgraded the axles, new tires, fabrication, and kept all of my moms belongings and trailer inside until I could get back down to get it. Tge service was beyond phenomenal, the people were some of the nicest on the planet, PLUS, they really took care of me financially. I wish I could get all of my tires and service from these folks, I clearly cannot say enough good things. THANK YOU!!!!Rhett

My tires are worn out but I didnt want to buy a new set right now. Briscoe pointed out the wear but patched my flat. I know from experience that the national chain would have told me they couldnt fix my flat for liability reasons. Before winter Ill get a new set at Briscoe.

Been buying tires here for work vehicles for years, good new tire prices. Did go to get a slow leak fixed, they charged me and did not fix the leak though. Worker fixed an old leak that was fine, never bothered to find the actual leak causing the current problem i came in for. Waste of money on that particular day. Buy here, repair elsewhere.

My granddaughter went to Discount Tire on 380 and after three hours and much confusion they told her she needed to replace a tire that had a hole in the sidewall. She left as she felt she was not getting the truth. I suggested she go to Briscoes where she was charged for fixing the same tire. It only had a nail in the tread area. I have always had a good experience with Scott at Briscoes who always was patient honest and fair. They will get all my tire needs business in the future.
