Went in here cause had great reviews, and they did not disappoint! Was pleasantly surprised to see they had plenty of stock and options for my immediate needs and slightly better parts and accessories options for similar or fair prices compared to other places. Logan and Nate were both very helpful with the decision making process and provided unique knowledge from 2 different perspectives, and they were more than willing to answer my questions and provide great service, despite my being the last customer they got to at closing time rush! I definitely recommend this shop if youre looking for a bike or commonly replaced parts, and I can imagine their actual bike service is just as good, if not better, than their customer service! Fair warning, its a small shop with a LOT of bikes and parts crammed in there, so not a ton of room to move around a bunch, but still a great little bike shop near downtown Denton!

Awesome! First time visiting, I needed a front tire for my Cruiser Bike and the Tech immediately mounted the bike and replaced the tire in no time. I was so happy, I bought a T-shirt to help spread the word about this cool little shop and a drink holder for my bike. When you walk in, theres alot of bikes and accessories everywhere to purchase but the friendly service and fast professional and knowledgeable help you receive was well worth it. Im telling my boys about this place to have their 10speed bikes tuned real soon! Glad I found this shop😊

When I first arrived at this store, it looked like an old gas station with bikes out front. The bikes I had seen out front were used bicycles and some of them were still a little bit dirty. When I entered the store, I observed a guy with dreads in the back helping a customer. This store is unorganized and cluttered and dirty. When I entered the store and saw a guy behind the counter, he just stared at me as if to say to me get out!. He didnt speak, he didnt greet me, and after leering at me...just ignored my waving at him and me saying hello. Really?!?! This is a business right? Guess not. Another guy came over to me and spoke out over the rude boy named Cane. He gave me several bits of information that was very helpful, but it was the only reason this store didnt get a negative entry. If I am about to spend $1,200 on a bicycle, I want to know that the place Im buying it from is going to be worth my money and my time and my efforts. I was turned off immediately after entering the store and this rude boy did what he did... Everything thereafter was just confirmed, that this was not a place for me to make my purchase. The guy with the dread hair came to the front of the store, he passed right by me and he didnt speak to me, he didnt greet me, and he didnt even acknowledge my presence. Wow!, I thought. Maybe Ill go somewhere else because this was a definite mistake coming here. I did spend my hard earned money, but not here.

Honestly, they are a small shop, and usually over worked and a little disorganized. But they get like this because they have developed a great reputation in North Texas as the go to place for top notch sales and service. It depends what you want from a bike shop, but if you want knowlegable people then this is the place.I had a problem bike. My wifes. I took it to two separate shops in Plano because the front tire would go flat. Neither place could fix it. Bullseye fixed it immediately, tuned the bike up and didnt charge me much. Ive returned since to buy a nice Raleigh bike and will shop there in the future. Very happy with this place.

Bullseye is a shining example of why Denton should shop local. Everyone in the shop is friendly and knowledgeable. Ive referred many people, some of whom were riding discount store bikes, and never have they treated anyone, or their gear, with any disrespect. Their customer service is unrivaled. Theyve helped me immensely in my own journey from beginning rider to legitimate enthusiast. Support your LBS (local bike shop).. Check them out!

I am a student at UNT and proud owner of a high-end Raleigh road bike. Someone cut my lock and stole my bike from campus a few months ago. I reported it as stolen to the police and left my name and phone number at Bullseye with the bikes serial number. I though the chances of finding it werent great but it was worth a shot. The guys at Bullseye went above and beyond in their efforts to return my bike to me. I would like to especially thank Will for all he did to help. I was incredibly blessed when someone brought the bike in claiming to have just found it and hoping to return it to the original owner. Kevin and Will are both great guys. They were cool and professional and assured me they would always be happy to help if I ever needed them. Bullseye has earned a new customer for life and they already hooked me up with the first thing I would need to protect my recovered bike-a really good lock!

Avoid this bicycle store. It is operated by a bunch of uppity jerks who know nothing about bikes or courtesy for that matter. They dont care about their customers and their prices are jacked way up!I took my bike in to see if n they could help me fix it. They were basically not interested, and they acted like what my bike needed was beyond their scope of knowledge. They were rude and talked down to me; I couldnt believe it. Later I went down to a nearby bike shop in Denton and they were sooo much more helpful an friendlier.,,,

One of the best bike shops around the greater Denton area. The staff is uber-cool and extremely knowledgeable across the board, making each visit a great one. As cliche as it may sound, they really do emphasize the Customer First ideal by ensuring each and every person in the shop gets first-class treatment and more advice/know-how than most other bike places combined. The prices are stellar, the staff is top-notch, and the service is second to none. Go and get your bike on!

Kevin and Dale are the best! The level of customer service at Bullseye Bikes surpassed my every expectation! I had been searching the Tennessee - I live in Knoxville - and North Carolina regions for a particular Jamis model without success. I was in Denton for a few days to visit family, and I decided to check out the local Jamis dealer. The guys at the shop didnt have the right model in stock, but they were very familiar with it and were able to size me up quite accurately. Kevin (the owner) found the only model on the east coast and arranged for it to be shipped to my home in Tennessee. Additionally, he cut a nice chunk off the MSRP. I was incredibly appreciative of how willing the guys at Bullseye were to go out of their way to help me. I wasnt a regular or even a local; I was a total stranger, and Kevin and Dale did everything they could to make sure I got the right bike at the right price. How I wish this shop was located in my hometown. Never have I been so pleased with a bike shop experience. If you are lucky enough to live in the Denton area, this should be your bike shop. Dont even think twice about giving them your business, because they certainly wont hesitate to provide fantastic service for you and your bike. Thank you, Kevin and Dale! You guys made my day!

Sorry if this is long winded, but I feel I must profess my love for this joint after some other dudes have tried to run these two upstanding members of my community through the mud.I searched high and low for a good bike to replace my old 84 Schwinn, and I was also interested in giving singlespeed a try. I stopped by Bullseye since I had bought some brake pads from them before and they seemed nice and reasonable. They also carry Jamis bikes, which I had heard plenty of great stuff about online. I mostly dealt with Kevin, who was very laid-back and friendly and showed me all the types of bikes and what they were designed for. I didnt buy that particular day but felt I would eventually buy here, since the other shops in town seemed a bit snooty. The next day, I found a craigslist posting from Bullseye saying that they were having a sale. I headed back and took a closer look. The other guy (Aaron, I think?) helped me out at first since Kevin was helping another customer. He answered all of my questions including a fairly silly one about the possibility of adding a derailleur to the Jamis Beatnik singlespeed frame. He said it wasnt possible, but if the need ever arose I could install a internally geared hub. I probably wont be doing so, but I wouldnt have known that had it not been for him! I ended up purchasing the Beatnik on June 10th. It wasnt on sale, but I feel that the service I received from these guys was well worth paying extra.Dont listen to the people who were obviously trying to create drama. These guys will take care of you.
