This review’s about the excellent customer service I received while shopping for a new mattress today. The actual mattress won’t arrive for a few weeks, but the treatment I got today far exceeded my expectations and the actual treatment I experienced at another mattress store in the area last week. I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and I was given as much time and space as I needed to come to a decision. I was informed of my sleeping habits and what would benefit me most, comparisons of various companies and styles of mattress, and upcoming sales. I would not hesitate to come here again for any mattress or bedding needs, based solely on the quality customer service and pricing I received today. I was only in the store, for about 30 minutes - from the greeting, to the mattress try-on, to the financial transaction. They werent try to rush me out, I just knew what I wanted, when I came to the store. David listened to what I said, I was there, to buy, so he didnt try to sell me on any other mattresses. The BEST thing about my experience, at this store is, as a BLACK WOMAN, I was treated with dignity and respect! Unfortunately, some retailers look down their noses at people of color, treat us with disdain, and act like we cant afford, what theyre selling. So, if for no other reason, I would HIGHLY recommend this store, at 1243 So Colorado Blvd!

The customer experience at Denver Mattress is AMAZING!I recently purchased a doctors choice mattress. This specific mattress is in high-demand, so they did not have it at this specific location. In a world where I do not find REAL customer service, Denver Mattress changes my mind. The entire experience from choosing a mattress to delivery was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The employees take responsibility as opposed to its not my department and offer help. I experience that scinero most places, and feel I should get a discount for helping myself, rarely finding a employee who will help, Anyway, I could go on and on with horrible customer service but I wont. Just know Denver Mattress is the place to go for a great experience and merchandise.

We were helped by John (who I think works at another location, but was here for the day) and we had a great experience. We just moved to the area, and prior to leaving we ordered a mattress through Mattress Firm to arrive about the same time we did. That did not happen. They tried to deliver it sooner than expected, before we had even arrived, so the order got delayed a day, and then we could not get a clear answer about when it would be delivered. We were then told that there may have been a mix up and our order had gone to someone else, so we would have to wait for another mattress to come in. We were fed up with dealing with them, so we walked in to Denver Mattress and sorted things out quickly and painlessly, for just a smidge more (but for much better quality). At least now we have something on the way. No one wants to sleep on the floor for a prolonged period of time after driving a thousand miles and moving your household. Thanks Denver Mattress. In a couple years once were settled someplace and ready to upgrade, were coming back to you.

Went to the Denver Mattress on Colorado Blvd today to get a new mattress. I had my old Doctors Choice for about 15 years. That was an awesome mattress and served me well. Did some research on what I was looking for and went in with my set of questions and budget. Shane the salesperson greeted me the moment I walked in the door. He was able to address all of my questions and concerns. Shane ran the numbers on a few mattresses/bases was interested in. Ended up getting exactly what I wanted at the price I expected. I do like to haggle a bit but the prices were fair for what I got. Im in sales and I appreciate the fact Shane didnt try to sell a sales person on the expensive extras I didnt want or need. In/out in well under an hour. Delivery this weekend! Great job Shane and team!

I’ve been suffering with sciatica recently when I never have before, and it’s conceivable that the mattress I have might have something to do with it, since my mattress is old enough to by itself beer.Instead of pushing me toward a particular expensive mattress or up selling me with a bunch of stuff I didn’t want or need, I was shown a number of options without any pressure toward one or the other, and when I finally made my decision to buy a purple mattress it was an easy process to set up a really convenient delivery time.Overall can’t recommend them highly enough.OH! And they knew what an Alaskan King size was, which no mattress guys have known when I bought my other bed.

Made a purchase over the phone of two Purple mattresses. They were able to match a military discount provided directly by the manufacturer, which was much easier to schedule pickup instead of waiting for the beds to be delivered. I would never buy a mattress anywhere else. These guys are very nice and helpful. I bought a Purple mattress just before Thanksgiving. I told them how excited I was because I had been sleeping on an air mattress for almost a year. When it looked like we might not be able to get the mattress in my car, they said that they would personally drive it to my house so that I could spend Thanksgiving in a real bed. We finally got it to fit, but I cant tell you how much that offer meant to me. I am thankful for Denver Mattress.
