Great service and the staff was a life saver.

My 6 year old car was cranking very slowly, so I headed to Advance Auto for a replacement battery. My intention was to install the new battery at home, but when I tried to start my car in the Advance Auto parking lot, it was completely dead. Sean came out and installed the new battery for me in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service. I have always used the Derby store for my automotive needs since recently moving to this area, and now you have a customer for life.

Fast friendly service. They usually have everything I need for my cars and for some reason the things I buy most often are always on sale or buy one get one free. Prices in general are pretty good. If you need a part for your car of you want to perk it up with some aftermarket parts this is a good place to look first. Its basically the only car parts store I go to but Im no car guy. I mostly, for major stuff, go to my mechanic.

Staff member is not supportive. Was there to take a head light bulb and requested to just come out and look at the model of existing one so that I can get correct one. But he refused to come out and see.Anyway. If you are expecting a little help from the staff member, then dont go there.

Would post lower if i could manager there dosent no what he talking about just gor brake pads there 3 months ago so today I when into to swap them out for new ones because of heat cracks told me no thats not heat cracks thats uneven wear. NEVER HEADING THERE AGAIN LOST ME AND ALL MY CUSTOMERS

Poor customer service staff member has a poor attitude 99% of the time you enter the store was very rude.

4 stars for instore everyday products and a promotion or two. 0 stars for parts, dont waste your time. The warranties are a sham.

Help desk not that knowledgeable gave me wrong brake pads for my car took it to my garage to be installed and they told me that they were the wrong brake pads I had to drive all the way back there waste my gas or waste of my time I wont go in there and get anything from them anymore they dont know what theyre doing looking for or they dont care and they dont read what they take out of stock for you
