Yeah, so after my dad picked me up from work, the idler pulley in our ride decided it would melt and we got stranded. After a game of red-light green-light, we made it here and these guys seriously saved us. They helped us find a new pulley, let us use a couple of their tools, and we were on our way.

Came in with a new vehicle needing wipers and the wiper books are pre2018. Jessie was able to help us find proper replacements and assist with the install as I never used beam wipers and I moved from Fords. Thanks for helping us out!

I went in with a dead autozone battery and I came out with a free replacement. Their warranty is great. The man who installed it was very efficient.

Didnt have old tractor oil filter in stock had to go to hub to get. It would be nice to keep parts that fit agriculture equipment at rural adjacent stores. Great service though.

These are some of the most helpful people to be a parts store. I had bought new windshield wipers about 2 weeks ago and it finally starting raining. The left wiper was streaking the windshied. Took my truck to Auto Zone and they replaced the wiper for me. Very nice people to deal with.

Just like every other Autozone. The staff seem to disappear when there are less than 3 people in line, but are not waiting for check out or helping customers.

2/6/2020-Thurs. Update: The part I got from AutoZone didnt fit. So, I went back in this AM. Talked to an Associate, who quickly, professionally and without problem found me the right part, took the one sold me that didnt fit, refunded the difference and returned the part to stock. Now thats why I patronize AutoZone!I highly recommend AutoZone Company!!!

I have been doing my shopping here for almost 4 years. Never had an unpleasant experience, never had a rude employee, gotten nothing but good advise from the staff on shift, and most of all competative pricing on most of the parts Im looking for. Every 5th purchase over $20 gets you a $20 in store credit which is super handy.

Great Experience. My alternator went out right in the parking lot they had the part and the tools they let MY wife and kids come in and sit down to stay warm while I replaced it they were very knowledgable on now I needed to get it out and helped with what they could So I want to thank Lon and Matt 2 really great guys Thanks Guys. I kind of have mixed feelings about AutoZone OReillys and Advance Auto Parts 1 is better than the other in certain areas dont know why that is but I suggest pricing all three before you make your decision on where you want to buy your parts from for that particular job

Staff is typically reasonably helpful. Another similar part store chain that is found locally tends to assume I know nothing and staff is rude to me, but I have rarely had that problem here.

After two dismal trips to OReilly, I was pleasantly surprised when Jim P. noticed me right away, offered to help, and gave probably the best customer service that Ive had in years! Both of the guys working tonight seemed polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I actually felt like a valued customer and that they were actually happy to help me find what I needed! Im converted!

Went in to get adhesive for my rearview mirror, they were quick and efficient to help me make the best choice for my vehicle!

I bought some oil from here and I asked if I could dump the old oil and I was told yes. So the next day I brought my oil in. I waited for a long time for someone to come from the back that would help. Others came but they were not working yet. When someone did show up they answered the phone first. After I was finally helped they made me feel like dumping oil wasn’t something they normally do. I had my oil container in a bag so it wouldn’t get oil in the car. They threw my bag away and handed me the dirty container back. Thankfully I had more bags in my car so I wouldn’t get my interior dirty.

AutoZone employees are simply the best! They remember customers, appreciate military, and always have smiles.

Came in to get a blend door actuator for my escalade, the first person who helped me was unsure of what I was needing, which I am super understanding of that because I am clueless without the help of YouTube and research. So Phillip came to help me. Not only did he take the part out, he also put it in for me as well and assisted me in finding the right part without breaking the bank! For a mom on a budget, I am super appreciative of his help and knowledge!

I like Autozone compared to Oriellys Auto Parts. More times than none they have the parts I need or can get them quickly, whereas Oriellys doesnt or cant. Also, Autozone honors their lifetime warranty but Oriellys will discontinue a part & the lifetime warranty with no substitution (this has happened to me twice). Autozone in Derby, KS has a friendly & knowledgable staff who conduct themselves professionally, spending time with the customer to resolve their maintenance issues.

This place was more than okay in Derby. Not all of these parts stores treat you as well as you might expect.

When calling to see if part is in stock and resolve previous issue told that there in no manager there currently, by the guy who answers phone. When trying another day just put on hold and no one ever returns. Unprofessional. Leaves something to be desired with management at this location.

For general auto part needs autozone has it. Personally I think they are a little pricy and always make sure to check the OReillys across the street.
