He does a great job, knows his cars. Honest. Reasonable prices, too. He’s a small shop and can be hard to reach, Air Guard duty, but if you don’t mind leaving the car for a few days, a great shop.

Ive been to Biddles before. But have taken 3 transmissions to a place on S Seneca. My car needs a new or better used transmission so at first I went back to S Seneca which gave me great service until last Wednesday.The place on S Seneca told me rebuilt $3680. When asked about a low mileage used they said they could save me money and do it for $2800.00.I called Jeremy at Biddles and he helped me figure out where to order it from and is going to charge me book 9 hours. A low mileage used transmission and labor will be done for $1730 with tax.I went back to the S Seneca shop to arrange transport of the car and found their more expensive option was a higher mileage less warranty used transmission. I called them out on it saying I know how many hours it takes and where I can get the transmission (LKQ), disclosed another shop offered to install and they were not happy. I smiled and left. They had a chance to do the right thing.Jeremys honesty and willingness to help solve a problem is saving me $1070.00. Even if I had bought the reman with 3 year warranty, Biddles would have saved me $1k that way.

This place is awesome! Please take your vehicle here to be repaired, rebuilt, or just fixed up they do great work, I have always worked on my own vehicles, however I heard that Biddles Auto Service and Sales in Derby, Kansas are the best in town they treat you like family and that in my book is the best you can get!

Jeremy is amazingly helpful! He quickly found the issue with my ac. He got right to the issue and didnt try telling me theres other non existent issue like other places Ive been to. Seriously, yall will not find anyone better! Theres no more need to shop for an honest mechanic.

We had a lugnut seized on our vehicle and needed it removed to get a tire changed. We pulled in there to see if they could do it as another large tire shop could not after messing with it for 30 min. Biddles was very courteous, helped us out immediately, and very inexpensively. I think I may have found my new oil change man. Definitely give him a shot if you need work done. I am glad I did.

Great work, incredible rates, satisfied.I had an issue where a brake pad was sticking on my front wheel, and after multiple misdiagnosis with a different shop in Wichita I heard about Biddles Auto. I came in and dropped my car off with Jeremy and not only did he replace the faulty part but also rebuilt a smaller attached part as well for no extra charge. Now my used car drives better than when I first bought it.I would recommend this location.

Ive had limited experience with these folks personally but have been privy to several of my friends/familys experiences. The people are very nice and accommodating and seem to be genuinely helpful. The process are fair and the work has been good. Kind of the old time mechanic ethic and in my opinion thats a serious compliment.

Great service and affordable pricing. He went out of his way to drive me home after dropping off my vehicle there because my husband was deployed at the time and I couldnt find a ride. He absolutely did not need to do that. The car was also done in a timely manner and he was very professional. We will be taking all of our vehicles to him from now on. I love that he served and honors military as well.

I had something go out on my car last week on a day I was working until 5 and I had call almost every mechanic in Derby and South Wichita. Jeremy was the only place that could get me in that day, and on top of that he offered to let me come after hours to look at my car. He let me know he may not have time to fix the issue, but he would be happy to take a look at it. I didnt make it to the shop until almost an hour after close and they were so beyond kind to me. Not only did he let me come in after hours, but he also found the issue and fixed it all within maybe 15 or 20 minutes from when I had arrived. On top of that, they overheard me on the phone saying my phone was about to die and promptly found me a charger. I cant express enough how much I appreciate everything they did for me that day and although I have always gotten good service at mechanics in Derby, I have never had someone go so above and beyond for me. I highly recommend these guys and will go back to them for my future mechanical needs.
