Wife tires popped on highway on rt8 he towed the truck very quickly and fixed tire at great price. Also helped me locate the the spare tire. Great service!!

So I own a septic company SON-RISE SEPTIC LLC and friday morning I went out to start my pump truck to go to work and noticed I lost my key🤦‍♂️ Didn’t have a spare. Called a couple other companies they said they don’t do lockouts on trucks like that. I spoke with a guy Max and he said he can do that. 15min later he was at my house in Oxford (keep in mind it was raining and cold 🥶 as s***) and got the truck unlocked and didn’t have to break a window haha. Long story short I would definitely give them a call. I will also be using him to be my mechanic for my trucks and personal cars also. I’m also very picky on who I let work on my company and personal vehicles if I’m not able to do it in the driveway.

Was dispatched out to tow my vehicle that was in an accident was super unprofessional and very rude. I had glass all over my drivers seat from the impact of the accident and the man shook my floor mat full of glass all over my driveway and then proceeded to ask if I had a broom to clean it! Never dealt with something so ridiculous before in my life!

I know the owner...kind of but called him do two my buddies car out of a body shop in Southbuty to bethel ct that had been in an accident...his price was half of that BodyShops Price was too tow to bethel ...Reccomended 5/2/2020!!!!!5out of 5

I locked my keys in my trunk and had a flight to catch that was scheduled to leave in two hours. I explained my issue and they sent someone out immediately. The person they sent out was very nice and worked quickly. I highly recommend this tow company!!

I had a very unpleasant dealing with this company, they are very judgmental, maybe even a bit racist . I had one guy come out to unlock my vehicle & then hed started questioning me about why was my vehicle on a trailer & saying hes not comfortable with doing the job because that wasnt stated in the contract. I told him you were getting paid to unlock my vehicle not question me about why my vehicle was being transported...So I cancelled the service & wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with this company!

Hired the team to pickup a large item for me in NY and deliver to me in CT. Price they quoted was fair, and they were in constant communication with me prior to pickup, during transport, and upon delivery. Would use them again in the future.
