Great service! I’ve brought my vehicle in twice and both times they have taken great care of me! My most recent visit was because my car broke down in emporia and the auto shop there looked at the vehicle for 2 days and couldn’t find the problem, but didn’t let me know for 5 days, despite me calling everyday. I got my vehicle towed to Firestone in Derby and they were able to diagnose the problem the very next day! Gary was taking care of me and he was awesome!

Very nice and helpful staff. Got me in and out pretty quickly and it wasnt overly expensive.

Dennis, the mechanic who worked on my car, personally discussed with me the issue with my car. He fixed the defective part issue. I greatly appreciated that he sought me out to speak with me. You rarely see that kind of customer service, in my experience anyways. Derby is not the closet Firestone to me but I like their availability. I appreciate quality customer service, so next time, I’ll ask for Dennis.

Firestone just fixed another mechanics messed up and DIDN’T CHARGE ME A DIME! They replaced a hose clamp that wasn’t put on properly when our other mechanic “fixed” our vehicle. Clamp replacement, refilled my antifreeze, labor - all at no charge. Helped this out-of-town visitors enormously!Go see these guys! They are winners!

I was able to find inexpensive tires here for my old truck. Theyre cheapies but so is the truck so I didnt need (nor did I want) high end tires. Nick was very helpful and didnt try to beat me into buying something I didnt want. I appreciate his quick accommodating service!

This is by far the best experience Ive had with any shop, other Firestone included. It was so easy yo book an appointment and figure out what tires I needed. When in shop they did an exceptional job explaining and discussing the result of the inspection. As a woman, I am often talked down to or they try to railroad me into more expensive services. This location and staff did not, they were so friendly and took the time to show me the breakdown of each service I chose. I would highly recommend this location to anyone but especially women who feel they cannot get decent service without a fight. Will definitely return for all future services.

We all know waking up to a flat tire is never fun but especially on a Sunday when normally everything is closed....Thankfully this location is open on Sundays!I was able to bring in my vehicle with the flat tire in the back they fixed the flat, check the air in the other tires and check the fluids all for free!100% recommended great customer service! quick repair!

I easily called and got an appointment for the next day. When I went checked in it took five minutes and I was out the door.When I picked up the car it took five minutes to check out. Fast friendly service at a fair price.

Very poor customer service. I called on 3/24/21 to bring my vehicle in. They put me on hold for 15 mins until I showed up in the store. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle back in at 2pm that day and when I got there they said I didn’t have an appointment. I had them do a suspension check and they wanted to charge $34 until I saw they were advertising a suspension check for $9.99. I then set an appointment for Sunday 3/28/21 at 10am to do an alignment. I took my vehicle in at 9:50am they said it would only take about an hour to an 1 1/2. I called after 2 1/2 hours and they hadn’t even started. They proceeded to tell me the guy set my appointment for 3:30pm. They never once said anything to me about me appointment being later in the day when I dropped it off. In fact the guy asked if I was going to wait in the lobby. I had plans today and didn’t expect them to have my vehicle all day. My point is don’t drop your vehicle off STAY THERE. I will NOT do business with Firestone ever again.

Price was great, however with my oil change something happened and my car leaked most of the oil back out. Had to take my car back for them to correct. They were great about taking care of it, but just wish it would have been done right the first time!

These guys go way above and beyond! We were traveling in our RV on a Sunday from Texas and in desperate need of repairs. This Firestone was one of the very few places open. Even though RVs aren’t their normal course of work they made sure to fix our issues 100%. If you are looking for honest and hardworking mechanics, these are your guys.

Called at 9:00 in the morning to make sure I could get in for an alignment later that day. I called just before leaving work to let them know I’d still be coming in. They proceeded to tell me that there was no one around that could do an alignment, and they could hold it over night and do it tomorrow. They knew I was driving across the country tonight and still told me to get bent. I gave one star because they told me to get bent politely.
