The customer service provided was fantastic, Demetrius had everything I needed and were so helpful. The second I walked in the door I was greeted and helped immediately. I did not have to wait 20 minutes like other stores. They have a great selection of phones and accessories. The store is very clean and neatly set up. I would highly recommend you use this Verizon for anything you need. I was in and out and received everything I needed. He didnt push me to buy things I didnt need and gave me honest feedback about the products I was buying. He was so friendly and helpful, if you want to speak to someone who is knowledgeable I would definitely ask for Demetrius.

Slight issue with the connection to my phone. Hopefully, this time it has been fixed. All customer service agents have been great(Adam at the Brass Mill mall, Demetrius at the route34facility).

So I went in with a super complicated situation regarding my upgrade/trade in and Demetrius Turner was beyond helpful and thorough. I took up a bunch of his time, but he never made me feel like a burden. This location is lucky to have him as part of their team-his customer service went way beyond my expectations. Kudos. Not only did Demetrius help me to figure out my new-phone exchange to the new iPhone 12 Pro, but he provided me over-the-top customer service for hours while being the only sales rep taking care of myself as well as every other customer who walked in. Two days before Christmas my phone and sim card were destroyed. Aaron and Dimitrius went above and beyond in helping me retrieve all of my information and getting it set up on my replacement phone. Cant thank them enough. Highly recommend this shop for its fantastic customer service.

I went in looking to buy 2 phones. The salesman was very pleasant and knew alot about what he was selling. He didnt try to upsell the most expensive thing in the store knowing we didnt want to spend thousands! We were very comfortable the hole time throughout the process! Through the approve process things took alittle longer, but he knew who to call and how to get things moving! He also stayed after closing to make sure our phone set up was well! This guy went above and beyond! Hes really great at his job, way to go!

I have come here many times and have always had great service. Today, was no different. Dan Poma was who I worked with. He was extremely helpful and definitely knew his stuff. I highly recommend this store. I was in and out quickly and that was due to the competence these guys had. Thank you!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Prime example of bait and switch. My wife and I walked in with an offer we received from a different Verizon store (we were shopping around and considering our options) for $148 per month which included a buy one get one free offer for the Iphone 12. This should have been a quick purchase - but we were there for 3 hours. During our time, Demetrius recommended we go with the Iphone SE as it would only cost $0.45 per month. If we also paid for the insurance the cost would be the same at roughly $148 per month with autopay.We started getting text messages and emails showing a much higher payment. Demetrius said not to worry as we hadnt chosen the plan yet. Also, my phone would not activate for some reason so we could not turn on auto pay to get the $20 discount per month.The next day we find from Verizon emails that the phones are actually $45 per month. Mind you, he was VERY specific that the phones were only $0.45. There was no mistaking this. Our bill for the first 2 months was around $240 per month. This was NEVER disclosed during the 3 hours we visited. In fact, on several occasions my wife and I mentioned that if its not the $148 per month we did not want to make the change. We made that clear and kept referencing the printed offer from a different corporate owned store.All the customer service went right out of Demetrius. He kept saying it was all disclosed = NOT TRUE. We asked to speak to his manager: I dont have one. You have to just call 611. We repeated this request several times: Call 611.We will be in today to cancel this purchase. We will also be calling the state attorney general as well as the Better Business Bureau.

A big Yes to Yasmin! She was very knowledgeable, very helpful and reassuring. The store did not have the phone that I wanted in stock and she assured me she could order it and have it in in 2 days. I certainly would drive 80 some miles back to her if I did not find one closer to me which I did.

I just switched to Verizon yesterday. Dan was wonderful I had four phones to switch over, he was very professional and friendly and treated me with respect. I went back today and Andre helped me with screen protectors for me and my sisters phone. He listened to me and helped me out, he was friendly and professional. I would recommend this store plus these two employees. They were wonderful! You should go see them!

They give out FREE bags when you buy something. You do not pay 10 cents for the bag in Connecticut like you do at other stores. I do not know why, but it is still a great thing. Service is very nice as well.Daniel Poma is a great worker. He needs a coworker so people dont have to wait for him and he can take a brake too.

I went in because my lock screen was frozen and phone was unlockable plus phone would not restart. Associate made me wait outside while phone was checked inside. Associate returned and told me that this location is unable to perform any type of repair as tools were not available. Only suggestions were to let the phone die or contact warranty center. Useless!

If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. The manager is OVERLY aggressive and did not care at all about what I wanted, he only wanted to make a sale. I came in and told him EXACTLY what I wanted and he told me MULTIPLE times what else they had to offer. Then, I told him if they didnt honor the deal they gave to me online, I did not want to purchase the phone. I told him this multiple times. He still tried to order a new phone for me anyway. Just horrible experience. I get you just wanna make a good sale but Ill never return to this location. Way too aggressive and rude!

I worked with Dan at the Derby location who set me up with a new LG G8 complete with warranty registration was very professional and a great help all around.

5 stars is not enough to describe the service I received at the Derby location. Brittany was AMAZING in the generous amount of time required in everything between switching carriers & setting me up with Verizon Wireless. She was courteous and diligent (in achieving what no retail store could make the time or be qualified to do) in saving me the headache. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I possibly could.

Valerie was extremely helpful & knowledgeable when I was asking a lot of questions regarding switching from an android phone to an iPhone. She made the switch painless showing me how the iPhone works etc. I would highly recommend her not only for her knowledge, but also her friendliness.

The derby store was great! My phone wasnt working and they were able to find a way to get me my own plan. The store was clean and the people were helpful. Noam and Brittany were very resourceful.

Kayla performed her magic on my iPhone. Was in the area on vacation, and definitely needed access to my phone. She helped us unlock the phone and gave us some hints as to what to do if it were to happen again. No charge for that service, but I did buy a screen protector. She put the screen protector on cleaned it and cheerfully sent us on our way. Thank you Kayla and this terrific Verizon store.

Very good experience. Shon Chambers helped me and was personable, friendly, courteous and helpful. As someone who has very little experience getting a new phone (I usually get the hand me downs!) the only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was when items were “collected” for my new phone and shown to me. I felt it was assumed I wanted them and then these items (the case, the protective cover, and an extra charger) were charged to me at the end, totalling almost $140.00. And the protector and case were taken out and put on my phone before I realized these were extras I was going to be charged for. Overall an excellent experience. I’d go back for other needs - as I will be going back to return the extra charger.

I stopped in the Derby store today to upgrade my cell phone plan and ran in to many complications. Noam, who was helping me out, made the long process an overall great experience. He stayed patient, calm, and professional with multiple calls he had to make, and in between we were laughing and joking. I would definitely come back to this location for any of my service needs with Verizon.
