Quick in and out - employee efficient

After shopping at other Metro Stores I was surprised by the service here it was excellent

So we made the decision to switch from Big V to Metro, but we found we didnt get great customer service at the mall kiosks. I expanded my search and found this great store in Derry. The gentleman at the store was very nice, very helpful, and had us up and running in no time. The switch was seamless. The store itself was clean and stylish, with a good selection of products if you need a phone. (We brought our own unlocked phones.)It was a much more pleasant experience making the ride to Derry to make this switch instead of standing around in the mall. 10/10!

I have a family plan very reasonably-priced for 3 phones i pay $75.00 for unlimited everything and i love that if i have a question i can walk into the Metro PCS store in Derry and get all my answers to my questions that i might have. I am glad i left verizon and came here!

The sign on the door says Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm. I got there at 5:30 to have my moms phone reactivated and they were already closed. Someone walking by (who I assume works in the area) said he didnt recall them being open at all today. Then Google sent me to the next closest location (S. Willow St. in Manchester), but that one closed permanently over a month ago. Finally found another one in Manchester and got everything squared away.

Out to lunch, be back by 2:30 Its 4:16 July 16th 2018 where in the world are the employess? Out stuffing their faces, tough luck. Worst costumer service out there, whats the point of having a job if youre not going to work? I hope this person(s) is fired. Dont even bother coming here everybody the employess are gonna be out to lunch for the rest of the day.
