Luke, the store manager was wonderfully patient with me explaining the promotion and upgrade for my daughters phone yesterday. He took his time, did not rush, in spite of the store filling up in the time that we were there. He tripled checked to make sure the promotion showed in my account as it!

STORE was a bit understaffed with only one sales associate. Inventory was very light with tablets only two in stock in the entire store with no option of multiple models. Arrived at store to activate four lines In and out. The only two customers that walked in after me were serviced first because they had quicker transactions. Transactions turned out to take some time. Not looking for preferred treatment rather to be serviced in order of arrival. Had to walk out. While in the store I could have logged into my account and ordered the four lines In less than 10 min. Verizon loss of 4lines with 2 year Contracts For the simple sale of accessories and an upgrade.

Ive been a Verizon customer for 12 years. Always upgraded my phones as soon as I could. Ive never had an experience like i did today. Luke, was the most helpful Verizon wireless employee Ive ever got to encounter. He was super helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Not pushy and wanted to make sure I was totally comfortable with my new phone before walking out of the door. I live in Manchester and there are 3 stores within 5 minutes from my house and I will ONLY travel to Derry just for Lukes service. Thanks for a great experience!

Kaitlyn is manager at the Verizon store in Derry, NH when I last visited in March of 2018. She was extremely professional in selling me a new iPhone 8. She was very patient in explaining the new features and the sales packages. Transferring data from my old iPhone to the new iPhone 8 was not a problem for her. She handled this very efficiently. I am ashamed that I am finally getting around to writing this review for her now. It was such a job well done that I wrote myself a note to make sure that I didnt forget to do it. Kaitlyn a manager at your Verizon store in Derry, NH deserves some sort of raise or bonus for sure!

My wife and I visited this location even though we didnt purchase our original phones & plan here only to find the Reps more cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful towards our questions and needs than the location we made our initial purchase. I must commend Mathew Herman especially for all the attention to details and his patience for attending to each of our different needs. He answered all questions, often showing us in detail how to get the most out of our new phones as we are really non-techies. I would also like to commend Jeff & Melody as well. The three make a formidable team to assist all who enter thinking of going wireless.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and service. I am very pleased with my new phone and the plan they provided for my familys cell service. More importantly, they took the time to discuss the options, promotions and what the best option and price for my plan. They were not trying to sell me anything and made sure I was pleased with everything before I left the store. I had an issue with my email on my phone and Jeremie went above and beyond what anyone would expect. I also got a follow-up phone call the following day to make sure that everything was functioning correctly on my phone. Great job!

The people here are nice but they are always understaffed. I was there waiting for an hour and a half on Sunday (a week before Christmas) and there were only two people working with one employee helping a couple for what turned out to be 4 hours. At the end of the wait we couldnt even get our phones because they had to be ordered. Today I have spent the last half hour trying to call the store to see if our phones have come in yet since they were expected to arrive today. Nobody has answered except the corporate employee who cant even answer my question because he doesnt work in Derry.

I went to this store after having a bad experience at a corporate Verizon store. The friendly and knowledgeable staff of Josh Freeman and Matthew H quickly determined my needs and started setting me up with everything I wanted. I can not explain how excellent the quality of my service was during my visit. The short of it is all my questions were answered, everything was put on paper and explained to me, Freeman went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I left the store a happy and educated consumer. Thanks to them this store has me as a customer for as long as I live within driving distance and I will recommend all my family and friends to visit this location. I cant say enough about the customer service at this store. Since the store opened, the staff has always been helpful, going out of their way to provide superb customer service. I once had to go to a corporate store to take care of an issue and will never do it again. At GoWireless Derry, I always receive personalized, customer-centric service - and they make the necessary wait fun. Highly recommend this store.

I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks and both experiences were incredible!! Jeremie is a very knowledgeable guy and is there to help you. I went in looking for a new phone and John was very helpful and approachable. He answered all of my questions and was very patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted. His fun personality made the somewhat long process of uploading everything a lot more enjoyable.

I went in to transfer contacts and photos from an LG Revere 3 flip phone to an iPhone. Both Kaitlyn and Kris were professional, helpful, and most importantly, they were able to help me get this done for my mom and dad who were very nervous about switching from their flip phone to an iPhone. Their contacts and photos are now on icloud and backed up. I was very thankful for their help and would recommend them highly!

A great local branch of a large business. They offer more personalized support than the corporate Verizon store in Londonderry. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I love going into this store when I have questions on my bill, trouble with my phone, or when its time to upgrade my phone.

Every time Ive been here they are understaffed and I end up waiting a long time to ask even a simple quick question. I understand they are working with a customer who was there before me, but what really got me was when I called to ask another question about transferring a phone from one plan to another the guy working there told me what I was trying to do was fraud, he continued on and his reasons kept changing and was trying to get me to just go into the store and buy a new phone at full price. Then I talked to a Verizon rep (not from the store) on the phone just after to get better information and they told me my transfer on phones and upgrades was fine. I dont know why this guy was making things hard for me, I wont to back to that location.

Jeremie, the wireless consultant, did a great job managing myself and a few others in the store while he was working by himself. He managed to cater to everyones needs in a timely fashion and having everyone leave happy. Great experience in the store and with him.

In a pinch, they serve a purpose, but I prefer to visit one of their official stores.

Ken and Jordan were absolutely delightful to work with - they made switching from my parents phone plan to my own plan an absolute breeze. Their customer service is above and beyond - once again proving why I will only go to this Verizon location. Thank you again for all of your help!

I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life! The service was so slow and I was never greated when I walked into the store! I also had many questions about the two phones I wanted and no one was able to answer the difference so I feel I had to settle with my phone because no one would help me! The store was straight chaos none of the customers were greated and everything took so long! I will never go back to this store again!

I went in with my father today, who stated he had some issues with his cellular device. One of the employees by the name of Joe Khan helped us out with extremely superb customer service. He went above and beyond to help us with our needs. He was not only very professional, but very friendly and outgoing. He not only made my experience pleasant, but also helped my father out when he was having a bad day. I would highly recommend GoWireless as a go to for all your Verizon Wireless needs.

I transport RVs for a living, my phone died so I stopped in Go Wireless to find out my options. Kris was very helpful and friendly. She tried to troubleshoot my phone. She came up with several options and helped me solve my problem. She definitely went above and beyond and found a solution.

So I’m giving this location 5 stars only because of the manager named Freeman. I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location based upon the service he provides.However if you are asking what’s making write it now, it’s because I’m standing in the store for the last 26mins (yes, I’m counting and as I double check what I wrote I’m now up to 36mins), unacknowledged by the sales girl here due to another customer she is helping. I get it. You’re the only one here. And I get it. The other women are asking a ton of questions telling you allllll about their trip to Disney and why don’t the galaxy’s FaceTime- I GET IT!But here I am. Waiting to upgrade my lines and buy a new phone case with a family member and this girl hasn’t even said hello let alone look in my direction and give a smile or make eye contact with that”I will be with you in a moment smile”.About to walk out on you young 1 start girl and come back when 5 star Freeman is here.
