First off, let me say that the workers are very friendly. They took the time to answer any questions. So I really did like the people. I have three issues, which is why I only give two stars. First, the reception is really bad. I couldnt even make calls in my house or driving around without calls dropping, and this is in an area that claimed to have excellent coverage. Second, they are very slow. Expect to wait a long time before being helped if there is someone in front of you. When my phones were being activated, the person behind me waited for a good 30 minutes before saying he would come back later. Third, the staff at this location dont seem to be super knowledgeable about certain issues being signing up for a plan. When I decided not to keep the TMobile plan (because of the coverage) I went to this location three times to attempt to return a phone. The first time the guy said he was new and didnt know how to return things and told me to come back another day. The next time I got stuck behind someone and there was only one person working so I had to leave because I could wait a long time. The third time the person told me the system wasnt working and to call customer service to return. In conclusion, nice people, but bad service and troubles with long lines and returning.
Each experience I have had in this store has been exceptional. I am all about getting things done online or in an automated manner whenever possible but I am thankful this group is available. Both the manager from our last visit and Bobby today were so great to work with. It’s nice to walk into a national provider building but still get the hometown old school customer service. Keep it up boys!!

Dan couldnt have been more helpful today. I shattered my phone and had only half a working screen. With that being said, Dan was able to still operate my phone to transfer data and set me up with a new phone in little to no time. Fantastic customer service!

In my entire life I’ve never met a store manager that’s as useless as Dan. I have no idea how that man is in charge of a building without supervision . I went in to have a new phone activated and he was so blatantly obvious about not wanting to help me that I could barely stay calm enough to leave without yelling at him . He spent more time trying to avoid helping me than he did anything else. I’m switching carriers because anyone who would employ someone like that doesn’t deserve my money

I had the pleasure of being helped yesterday by Zack Gray- the service that I received was above and beyond good customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and just a pleasure to speak with. He took his time explaining my options and I hope that the Management at that location appreciates and knows how fortunate they are to have him as an employee! He has helped my husband there in the past and we both agree that he is our go to person from now on!

Very dissatisfied. Stopped at this store in November after buying my new phone to get a new screen saver. Paid $39 for one installed. I was told by the manager who installed it quote...”if you have any issues come back and we’ll take care of you”. Well I had an issue and was not taken care of. The screen bubbled. The best they would do for me was a full value replacement. I was treated very rudely, told they never said what I said and was basically called a liar. I’ve been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and have never had service this bad. I will never do business with this store again and would recommend others do not either.
Really poor service, rude staff that only want you to spend big bucks and they do that with an attitude. I have been going to this location for convenience for over 5 years and every time its a horrible experience where we leave upset. Never thought a cellular store could be so dreadful to go to. I recomend trying a different location If you want respectful and enjoyable service.
Very unprofessional service. Walked into the store because Im eligible for an upgrade. Was immediately given attitude by the salesman Juan. Ive been going into this store for almost a decade and watched it transform over the years, I have never been treated with such poor disrespectful demeanor until today. I guess thats what happens when you work a commission based retail job on a Sunday.

I have to say when my husband said it is time to update my phone I was at first EXCITED to get rid of my old Samsung with a huge crack in the middle to Oh my God we will be there at least for an hour..aaarrg!!!! I couldnt have been more wrong. ZACH was not only was efficient and knew his stuff..he was super friendly and the whole store made us feel right at home. I thought I would never write a positive review for a cell phone shop..but now that is old news. (Oh and by the way... my new Samsung Galaxy S8+ is amazing!!!)
Do not go to these people. They promised me all sorts of things stripped my phone down and removed the screen protectors ($40 each) then couldn’t do anything for me and refused to replace my protectors.

I will first start by saying I normally do not take the time to write reviews but with the horrible service I received at this store I felt compelled to write one. Yes they were great signing us up and telling us they would take care of everything switching from the other carrier to Sprint and that was when I all went bad.They did nothing, after 3 visits to the store multiple phone calls trying to get help to get my reimbursement I got absolutely no where with them. Told me multiple times the paper work had been submitted which Sprint told me it had not been after finally talking to them. After 4 months of not getting my refund I was told by Valentino who is suppose ably the store manager that I would have to go to the Sprint Corporate Store in Nashua.Let me just say this if you want a Sprint Phone or you need something handled do not go to this store, nobody DerryKnowswhat they are doing, they have the worst customer service I have seen and they just dont care. Again if you want to switch to Sprint avoid this store and find a corporate store that will take much better care of you.5 minutes at the Nashua store and I have the credit applied to my bill for the phones and an AmexCard coming or the remainder of the balance owed to me. Oh by the way I was told in Nashua that Derry could have done all this.I would have given no stars but it wouldnt let me post this review with out clicking on one.
