Once I am done, I wont be back that is for sure. Regret going there but starting out in your own place for the first time, you have to do what you have to do
The customer service was okay, and getting a couch was easy. I’m just not so pleased with the delivery. I understand because of the Covid-19 situation that you guys have to drop the couch off on the curb, but why is it that you guys say you can’t help bring the couch inside when your not even taking the correct precautions when delivering? You can’t bring it inside but the delivery guy wasn’t even wearing a mask or gloves, was in a rush for us to get the couch and threw my cushions on the ground not even being patient enough for me to come get it. It almost like you guys are just plain lazy, I’m still a new customer so we’ll see how it goes. Just not pleased with the delivery
I go there all the time! I absolutely live the employees! They always make me feel welcome. Spencer is my favorite hes always in good spirit and makes sure we have what we need!
Staying with Arona furniture this company is bad news
Ive personally been at rent a center for 3 years and from both locations I havent had an exponential amount of problems. Theyre always nice and willing to help. Their system is slow but, personally if you go to rent a center you know what youre getting into. They tell you how many payments, an interest rate and if you work with them they work with you. For the douche customers they get, theyre very patient and understanding.

Called to the store and ask what time would be here 12-2. No no. I told u that i had to be at work at 2 and its a 45 minute drive. Had to call twice. Oh they will be there in 6 minutes. 6 minutes my ass. Got her 21 minutes later. Now Im late for work. Really I hate to be lied to and Im a brand new customer. I guess you all dont know professionalism is. So the 2 guys come in dont speak or nothing. Im pissed now. My blood is boiling. Rent a center u will see that Im not the one to be lied to or play with. I want be a customer for long. I hope the people of Des Moines, IA do not do business with Rent a center on Meryle Hay Rd. Bad customer service bad business. Take your business else, where you are appreciate.
Horrible customer service told me what I needed got everything jus to come back and have someone else tell me I needed another trip to do more..completely ridiculous that no one can give me an up front answer about what all actually has to be done to rent especially considering I’m a previous costumer
Theyre very rude and unprofessional. They will call you and harass you when your payment isnt due yet. we got behind not even a week we have 2 numbers on our account my cell wasnt working so instead of calling the other cell( the number of the person that works and makes the money ) they call all our references over 10 times a day. I think by law there is only so many times they can call.they have also tried intiminating my husband and son in the store. the mail employees are rude, aggressive and dont know the first thing about customer service

Terrible service, was very very disrespectful. Manager is a very rude to customers and contradicts everything employees told me. Will NOT be going back!
