My wife and I had cricket for about 8 months. We had to run away from them. Theyre cheap because their service sucks!! It would always show full bars of 5g and never load anything!! Everything that used data would either not load, or take forever. We switched away from them and it was well worth it!

My husband has service with them and his ph stopped working, he went into the store and manager,supervisor? Told him he needed to upgrade the ph is barely a year old she said there wasnt anything to do but upgrade, she knows she could have offered to factory reset it but never offered. I called and asked her if she could do that and she said sure, but he never asked me to. I know they are trying to to make a ph sale but 305.00 to upgrade a ph that she could or should have offered to fix for someone on a fixed income just is ridiculous. I was thinking of switing over to them but, I thinking that over some more

Very rarely do they have more than 1 staff member making service times pretty long. And every time I go and they dont have something I need, they take my number and say ill call you as soon as it comes in, about a day or 2.. And I never get a call.. Its as effective as telling a telemarketer to take your name off their list. I give 3 stars because when you DO get helped, the staff is friendly..

The staff there ate amazing. Always ready to come and offer advice or any questions with ease as to my issues. They explain things to my level as I am not tech savvy. I love this store.

This is the worst place to get a phone period. The district manager Paola Marquez told me to come in the next day because she was too lazy the night before and when I get there in the morning she showed up 2 hours late. She also had one of the ladies there clock her in and I was never helped. Because of her I will never get a phone with this company! She needs to be fired!!

Best service by far that I have had with a phone company! Glad I switched over the sells representatives where amazing very friendly and made my transfer easy and understandable. Great deals and service.👌👌 10/10 Will be recommending around!.

I switched to cricket a couple of weeks ago and i must say very good service very friendly and patient staff answered all my questions regarding the phone and plan i was interested in they really know what they are selling i was able to get the phone and plan that was best for me and the best part of it is that not only i can make calls or text internationally but i can also use my phone when i cross the border to mexico and my phone and data work perfectly fine
