Rude staff.Wife and I walked in to the girl yelling out that only one of us could come in. Rudely said but fine, even though sign on door says one person per register but maybe its one person allowed in store only?We moved out and a guy walked in.A minute later, a woman said one of us could go in.What sense does that make?Its still 2 customers inside.We took our business to palm springs instead. Both of us purchasing new phones so I hope they enjoy losing the income because of poor staff at location by old kmart. 😊Got our phones with very professional people at vista chino metro store

They had a sign boasting a cool sale ...so I went in on 12/12/2019. There was not one single Android smart phone for less than 100$. Apparently This particular metro store is only out to rip its customers off. I suggest the Palm springs metro PCs store on Vista chino and sunrise. They dont scam potential customers with false claims of a sale with phones that have been marked up 40%. Scamish and greedy DHS metro PCs is. I much prefer doing good reviews ! Unfortunately, however this metro PCs gives no reason for one

I have metro service which I like, however if one is looking for knowledgeable information about phones and accessories look elsewhere

Beware, they add insurance to your account even when you told them you dont want insurance

Service OK, This location does not take credit cards, we did not find this out until the end of our transaction. Had to put on my DEBIT card, was not prepared.Had to run home and transfer funds. Will not do business there. Oh, I forgot we were in Desert Hot Springs.

They offered decent plans however they dont have a very large selections of phones and also its really really hot in their store
