Very friendly store, manager Gilbert and his team helped my wife and I switching our Sprint service to T-Mobile. Gilbert went out of his way to actually drive to another store to get me the phone I wanted since they didnt have it in stock at his store. His team worked great with us 👏🏻

Joshua had help me numerous times and he has the best customer service. When I go in there I make sure he helps me do to he understand what I am looking for and provide great customer service. Thank you so much Joshua

Kristina Gutierrez and Nicholas sold me a phone outright that did not work. Now that Im traveling with a broken phone and have been to 3 store locations across the US... I still cannot get a replacement phone because the receipt for the phone is nonexistent... they wouldnt credit me for any inconvenience....I still have no phone... Im 600$ in the hole and the girl couldnt even offer to sit on hold to get me a customer service rep on the line for further assistance...unforgivable

Never had a problem with Sprint or T mobile. I like that I could upgrade my phone after I think a year with no down payment. Has made it possible for me to have the latest smartphone every year

Sprint went above and beyond stayed late even added in extra free merchandise and was able to have the phone I wanted brought from another store to my local one in less then 24 hrs. Thanks Diana and Nickolas yall are the best ever thanks for everything

Since I am wintering in Desert Hot Springs, I called in to see how good the data coverage in the area was and whether or not it made sense to buy a hotspot. The staff member who took my call was extremely helpful. He gave me good info about Sprints data coverage in the area and also recommended a more simple, inexpensive way I would meet my data needs while in the area.

Very informative. About payments plans for the people who didnt receive paycheck because government closures on workers and welfare programs. Call your local Sprint store for more info.

WAIT...Sprint has little signal in lower desert area...be careful...Sprint is ok if they have towers near by...BUT THEY DONT...This store is ok...but the Carrier is really poor...warning...ok??!!!

Not even one star! These guys made the most awkward experience ever! They didnt smile or even lift their heads up to talk. Rude. They didnt ask any questions about my phone at all with my problem. They didnt ask if I wanted to add any services or if I needed anymore help. Not even a Have a nice day! Never coming here again.

I was looking for an HDMI cable. They had none but recommended KMart who had 2 in stock for really hi prices but at least I got it. If Sprint had it theyd hit 5 stars.
