This is a beautiful addition to my shopping options in Desert Hot Springs. It is well lit and organized. They are very helpful and concerned about me as an individual shopper. When you are handed your receipt - the cashier proudly announces how much I have saved.

Great groceries at discount prices. Friendly checkers and floor staff. Limited selection and not always the brands you see at others store but really great place nonetheless.

Grocery Outlet in DHS, of California is SUPER, best store in town, to me almost like Traders Joes.So many items from Europe, great prices, and their Stuff, polite, smiling, to be loved, by customers.Go, everyone and enjoy. It is worth it. 👌😃👌

Shopping here is an experience. I never see the same thing twice. They have things a normal grocery store just never has but you wish they did. Love this place. Food items are good and healthy.

For the most part I love your store. It’s clean, aisles are nice and wide and almost everyone demonstrates common courtesy, except for this morning when your young male checker was more concerned about taking his break in 9 minutes than saying ‘you’re welcome’ to a customer after I thanked him for my receipt. He turned his back on me and couldnt be bothered to acknowledge me. I could have gone to Staters or Vons, which are closer to me, but I came to YOUR store instead.

Now this is a great place if you want to save money and get good deals if not off to wall generic garbage its honest to goodness that go there you will see I saved over $200 when I went grocery shopping this month

Albert the owner is rude and mean. I spend over 200 dollars here all the time. This guy refuses to return a 10 dollar hose without having a receipt. Who can think in this 120 degree heat. When looking for a receipt. Never support him! Horrible customer service. Mean and rude. Go to the bargain market in palm desert.

A lot of variety with really good prices. Lots of plant based products that I usually have to order online. I am happy they moved to town! Staff is very helpful and friendly too!

Ok on prices for the most part, if you can find what you need. I stopped here to get a few things when I was staying at the hot springs down the street. Make sure you lock your car doors. The area isnt the greatest but it seems like they are trying to clean things up.

Its a good place to look for most groceries, you can also find some good brand ice cream for a cheaper price. Ive saved slot of money at this place 👍.

Great for bargain hunting but the price you pay at checkout is higher than the price tag in-store on some good buys. Thats why I dont go there anymore.

Nice roomy aisles to shop in. Despite a nearly full parking lot, no long wait at checkout. Was a little disappointed in the selections, but thats a minor complaint as what they did have was more than enough. Saved at least 50.00 compared to my usual store. Overall, the experience was great.

At home I shop at this store every other day. Great prices. Lots of a variety of choices of different foods.

Lots of different items here. Refrigerated food section is especially good. Prices are low, but watch canned good prices, theyre not necessarily lower than other supermarkets. The store seems well organized. You can do most of your grocery shopping here and save some money too.

The grocery store was small and didnt have the products that I needed.

This place is very new, clean and affordable. Very lower and competitive prices on a lot of varies items, from fresh produce to household needs. I love the low and affordable prices but also name brand options at a good price.

As our grocery bills get higher, I pay about half here over the nearest big name grocery store.

I went to the one in Point Loma, SD for years, this one is new, employees do a great job there.Best place in Desert Hot Springs. I prefer it over the Palm Springs one.

The store was nice and clean, the prices aren’t anything different than Walmart. The cashier Heavenly was so rude. She didn’t greet me or say anything during the transaction, all she did was toss me my receipt and told me I saved $5. I told her thank you have a good day and she ignored me?? My experience was definitely not heavenly, that was my first and last time shopping there.

Wow! Weve been Grocery Outlet junkies since the 1980s, and the new Desert Hot Springs store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly. Lots of bargains in the natural and organic category, too.

A store attempting to sell very limited choice of items trying to find cheap off brand products to get people to buy. This is about the best that Desert Hot Springs can do. City is just not able to bring in quality shopping experiences.

I live in DHS .near the new grocery outlet. I think its great that they have come to DHS because it takes the pressure off of the other grocery stores in the area. But its just like dollar general. It does have limited choices and off the wall products. What annoys me is that their pricing. The have their price and then they have the elsewhere price. I dont know where they get elsewhere prices but they are horribly misrepresenting the facts on it. I believe they dont need to overinflate the prices ljke that because although limited products they have clean stores friendly staff and some products that are decently priced

Went to the new store in Desert Hot Springs. Nice and clean. Sales people were very helpful and fun. I went to 3 markets and bought more here than the other 2.

Daily deals are lit! It is new so it doesnt have as much of the things my family likes as other stores do, but given some time Im sure itll have more inventory and will continue to be my first place to shop.

My wife and I love grocery outlet. Clean well stocked fresh fruit and veggies. Staff is very helpful and work as a team. Thanks for giving us another option to shop for groceries.

Grocery Outlet is a good place to go for certain foods and other things that some other Grocery stores dont have. The first check out stands I wasnt very happy with the way she put the Grocery in the bag. She mixed up all the groceries together instead of separating can goods into a separate bag. And then she left out the milk and dozen of eggs. Im a Army Veteran retried with disabilities and Im not too happy with the way she put things in the plastic bag.

So happy this grocery store came to DHS. We go here first before going to Vons, Walmart or Costco.
