Keasha has an amazing selection of gowns, and she truly cares about each detail and every client who walks in. I absolutely LOVED everything about my dress, and can also say I love Keasha. She was so attentive throughout the entire process, and made sure my dress was perfect for my wedding day. She made me feel special and I cannot thank her enough for my beautiful dress and kindness. This hidden gem in the beautiful, historic mansion is a must visit for brides to be. After visiting several bridal boutiques and leaving disappointed, I came here with no expectations and walked away with such a positive experience. It is hard not to smile and have a good time with Keasha. She and the staff here are all so welcoming. Keasha made me feel at ease from the beginning. She is down to earth and honest. Her experience shines through as she sought different designers whose style fit my taste. Even after my visit, she followed up with me about updates of other gowns which I truly appreciated. She is passionate about what she does and puts brides first!

Keasha and Vallery were amazing! I love my entire experience, they made sure that we were with in budget. Helped with dressing me and showing me different looks to find a fit for my body. Engaged in wonderful conversation, enlighten me about the process. They both were very very down to earth and so helpful and happy to do anything they could to make me and my family feel welcomed. Karen, the young lady who does the invitations was even helpful with the selection of the dress and gave beautiful commentary and was also helpful. I couldn’t have gone to a more beautiful place to make my selection or had a better group of people for my big day!

By far, thee BEST experience Ive ever had in customer service and looking for a dress for such a special occasion! Ms. Keasha took her time with me. Her expertise showed in the dresses that she chose for me...even before I showed her what I was looking for! She was very engaging and down to earth with me, but also with my family!!! She made us very comfortable and the experience made us feel like we were at home! Needless to say, I said to YES! to the dress!!! And, I owe it all to Ms. Keasha!

I came today and feel in love with 3 dresses, Keasha makes it hard to say yes to one dress. She offers so much and really listens to what your looking for in a dress. The personality of herself and staff is GREAT! Very welcoming and professional.

I was very nervous when I began looking for my wedding dress, and I had a very specific designer in mind that is from Israel, and only a few select stores sell her dresses! I was worried I would have to go all the way to Chicago! Kaesha and Valerie were the most accommodating and patient women I have ever met in my life! Not only did they ease the shopping process for me into such a nice experience, but they helped me to find the perfect most amazing dress that I will wear on the most important day of my life. They have been so helpful when I needed to reschedule a fitting last minute due to a family thing, and I could not be more grateful. I would 100 times over recommend this amazing bridal boutique, and hope that others find their most important dress there as well.

My experience started off GREAT. Keasha and Vallery were both great, pushed me out of my comfort zone and got me to try on a dress I never thought I’d buy but fell in love with. I had a nearly 2 year engagement so I put a down payment at the trunk show in December 2017 during my appointment and then made payments sporadically. In February, I asked about when the dress could be delivered.I initially wanted it in the beginning of June, but it was suggested I wait towards the end of June/beginning of July. I paid off my dress during this time also. I called for an update mid June because I hadn’t heard anything and was told my dress would arrive in approximately 2 weeks (June 27). June 28th I called in just to see how things were going. I received no answer so I text the number. Which is another issue. Almost every time I tried to get a hold of them no one answers or responds close to closing (like they did today). I was told June 28th they called the designer and my dress would be here by July 6.My bridesmaid was able to pick the dress up thankfully that day and it was beautiful. However, the dress was a whole size too big. I asked to have the dress in a 6, but was told an 8 would be best based off of other measurements. My seamstress stated I definitely couldve had the 6, but at this point theres nothing I can do obviously. I cant say that I would or wouldnt come here again. I do love my dress, I just feel that the shop could definitely improve some on customer service from the communication aspect. Allow every customer to feel like the experience was great from beginning to end.

I couldnt be happier with my choice. Valerie worked with us and the choices were hard. I am excited!!
