We had tried some places and I already felt cornered because the time was getting shorter.I decide to call Quince Primaveras to try a date because of the distance I live and I was surprised that she would wait for me even after the store closed. I live in North Canton Ohio. I drove 3h 30 min and I do not regret it. A spectacular service, and adjusted to my budget. The atmosphere was fascinating. The smile on my daughters face with the right dress made the end result a Perfect one. Thanks!

I traveled all the way from a Cleveland, Ohio suburb, just because of the amazing customer service. I Previously went to a store at a mall that carried the brand we wanted. The mall store had customer service that was terrible so I decided to visit quince primaveras I figured if the other store treat you like that when you are intending to spend $1000 on a dress after they have your money it Be even worse. I saved hundreds at quince primaveras. I was on a business trip in Michigan and decided to check out the store. I got lost and called to ask for directions, the owner told me that her store was actually closed that day but that if I could give her time to get there she would open the store just for me since I was traveling from so far. It was at that moment that I knew that was the place I wanted to get the dress. I came back with my daughter during a fashion show the store had so she could select the dress. She had my daughter come back stage to try several dresses until she found the one she liked. She took her measurements and when the dress arrived it fit perfectly. My daughter has issues finding clothes that fit perfectly and give her an hour glass figure this dress she choose with their advice was perfect she looked like a true princess.

After several Facebook announcements they were promoting dresses for $99 -$299. We decided to go check out the dresses. The saleswoman asked for what color and quickly responded we dont have that color on sale. Big surprise. Then we asked to see more dresses and she was too lazy to go get them kept making excuses on why she couldnt get the dresses. The service and attitude was horrible. There were no other customers inside it was only us. Best recommendation is get staff that are eager to sell. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
