Worst place to go. Highly recommend going elsewhere. The girl that works there doesn’t know anything about customer service and shouldn’t be working if she doesn’t like her job.

I will not be using this hardware store ever again yesterday I got a phone call from a female that works there to tell me that my window screen that I dropped off over month ago and paid for the repair a month ago was ready for pick up. I told her that I would have picked it up sooner if I had been called and told it was ready. She tells me (in a very rude tone by the way) that somebody did call and the screen has been there over a month! Like its my fault its been there that long. Like I dont have room in my house for this screen and need to trick them into holding it for me! The screen that I had them repair goes in a window that currently has an air conditioning unit in it so I wasnt in dire need of the screen right away and I figured it was taking so long because Corona virus as everything slowed down and I was being patient and allowing them time to get the screen fixed. I wasnt in a rush but I would come to get it as soon as its ready seeing as I paid for the repair when I dropped it off. So I tell the lady that I know how long its been there and I would have picked it up if someone had called me but nobody did and she hangs up on me. I was on my motorcycle while having this call I was unable to check my phone history right then the once I got home I did and of course I had not received a phone call from that number ever before but even if I had this is no way to treat a customer who pays for a repair before its even done. This is no way to treat a customer period!!!!

I will never go to this place ever again! This place used to be ace hardware with great customer service and treated people with respect . But ever since this place changed to Pioneer with a new ownership, it’s just bad attitude, through and through. Well I guess I’ll go to Home Depot from now on.

Took my weed whacker to get serviced they....did not touch it for a week. Called back to see the progress. They were extremely rude ranting that they could be fix it. But why would I have to follow up and not get at least a courtesy call to let me know that?Reality is I have been going to this place for 20 years. Since owners changed. Service is terrible. Not professional and overall you are better off going to home Depot.

If you have a hard to find part, this is the place. People are very helpful and friendly. Neighborhood establishment for as long as I can remember. My first goto place for hardware.
