Ms Michelle helped me pick the perfect size storage I needed for my belongings. Very patient and professional. The storage facility is clean, safe and secure. I couldnt have picked a better storage facility.

I have to admit this is a high 3 star rating. The place is clean and the management is always helpful. What knocks the review down a full star and maybe a star and a half are the hours. The site says 9:30 - 6:00 during the week, but access is closed at 5:30. Saturday they open at 8:30, but they close access at 4. Sunday, as the say in New York Fuhgeddaboudit!

First day here ... so far so good, dont like the hours BUT that is not a deal breaker. Pierre is my contact person, I love it when a person knows there job better then I do. So far they get a 4 star, this is just day one. Check back in 30 to 45 days to see if they keep the 4 stars or go up or down.

The lady April that assisted me was great. The place was clean. I was able to make last minute changes with no problems. And they had the best prices I could find.

I appreciate clean. Outside and inside, it is clean. Staff is clean too. Everyone is wearing a mask. Which is a good thing too. You can only really judge a place by its bathroom, which I didnt use this time around. Prices are good.

Based off the reviews I decided to come here. The systems were down and I waited patiently for 2 hours. I thought I could at least get $10 off fresh or a bottle of water wouldve been just fine. I was shown my unit which I was satisfied with. Upon pulling up to the gate to unload my access code did not work. It was useless calling the number on the machine. So I had to walk back around to the front desk because Angela did not answer the phone. She told me th cod over again and I tried. Complete fail. Went back around to the desk and she was gone to lunch. Smh. I had workers waiting for another 20-30 mins until someone pulled up and put their code in for me. Im so disgusted I cant wait to be done with this place. Hopefully my access code works next time since the system was down.

My very first experience with National Storage Oakman was to call and get a quote on a storage unit. I spoke with Pierre who provided world class customer service. I am thoroughly impressed with the staff and the size of my storage unit. Im very happy with my decision and I recommend this location.

When I first arrived there was a mix-up with my reservation. Customer service put the wrong number in and it was cancelled. Pierre was quick to fix the problem. He was prompt, friendly and gave me an excellent customer service experience. I will definitely use them again.

April is definitely a life saver with beautiful customer service. My husband and I went to 3 uhaul stores and unable to find any trucks. My newfound place has changed its name to National and its been a very good company since theyve taken over. You guys need to come in and check us out because I rent a storage space as well come in and we might even have some coffee or donuts. We going to have an opening we got to have some donuts.
