Good breakfast selection, clean and follow Covid protocol in a sense. Coffee is good but not our standard. Matcha is good not sweet what I like.

Was visiting family in town and stopped by here for coffee. We ordered 3 drinks. The complicated ones were fine, but there was a mix up on the drip coffee. Dont know if it was forgotten in the minute it took us to order in the drive thru to the window or what.

Well heres the good news, the inside is very nicely set up with a fireplace that wasnt on, even though its 25° out (snowing all day). There was no line, just me 👍.So the bad news. (Sat 3pm) It took about 3 minutes for them to take my order as they rushed around trying to work frantically. Then after taking my order it took another 7 minutes. At 5 minutes I thought my order was up but it turned out to actually be for a man who was sitting in the corner for God knows how long waiting for his. theres definitely not enough people working behind the counter. the drive through line probably had about 10 cars. You would think after waiting all that time for a white salted mocha latte It would at least be delicious. (See photo). It basically tasted like salted water and milk, it was room temperature which makes absolutely no sense unless it had been sitting out for hours before. It Was nothing like the photo. It had no whipped cream it was pretty much disgusting. So that was my first $5 mistake for sink water with salt in it. upon leaving I couldnt resist to get one of those unbelievable giant looking brownies in the counter window display. Yes this would be my second $5 mistake. Do not waste your money the little bites brownie packages they sell in gas stations are 10x better. Also the brownie looks unbelievably delicious and is heavy. In reality the brownie is a chemical square fabrication of fraudulent disgustingness. It was as if it was permanently stale. I could tell the shelf life on these brownies is at least 3 -10years. The entire Browning including the fudge drizzle on top was 100% chemical fake flavoring. Instead of being mushy and moist it was more like dried sheetrock spackling that when you broke into it, just crumbled and went all over. There was zero moisture. The flavor was on the borderline of chocolate mildew. So here you have it this is my $10 review.

It was okay gal that rang us up didnt get order correct no sticker on drink and im a diabetic so when asking about sugarfree options not alot to choose from plus had to question of she put sugar in drink she wasnt sure and had to remake.. the new correct one was actually greatWearing mask and a plexiglass makes it heard to understand orders in my personal opinion . But who am I..

Ordered salted caramel white mocha cold brew, had to wait awhile at the window as server made a couple mistakes when making my order. The coffee was actually warm like they took hot coffee and just added ice not how a cold brew coffee should be and I tasted no salted caramel or white chocolate. It just tasted like sweetened warm cream with an hint of coffee. The gentlemen at the window was very polite.

Outstanding huckleberry white mocha frappe! Ill be back for more of that one.

Love the coffee but the service hasn’t been the best. A few of the ladies are nice and a few act like they are to good to serve you. Iv gone there dozens of times and never once was I introduced to the rewards program. I asked about it today and she wouldn’t even add my points for the purchase I just made then it cost $5 to even be a part of rewards which is pretty backwards. Good coffee high price and ok service. Make sure you sign up for rewards.

Extremely overpriced.. It is just a local non franchise coffee store. I ordered a small double espresso coffee and they charged me over $5!I don’t even pay that much in Starbucks in the middle of downtown.The service was not so nice neither.

A refreshing change from Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious - hot, strong but not bitter, and really well priced. The two cakes I shared were surprisingly flavorful, even at the end of the day. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. I will be looking out for other City Brew stores to visit after such a great experience here.

I came through the drive thru last night around 5:30 (12/13/2019) and I ordered a mountain morning with almond milk and no whip, because I am lactose intolerant. I saw 3 people working, the girl at the window was talking to another girl with my coffee in her hand while I was sitting there waiting. I live out of town and had to get home before 6:30 so I get my coffee after a 20 minute wait and drive away. The first drink I notice there is whipped cream, but it usually doesn’t bother me too bad, but after finishing the coffee I was sick all night so I know there was regular milk as well. I will not be back here for my coffee because I suffer extreme pain when I drink milk. Not to mention the wait and rude employees.

Love the warm friendly vibe from the baristas and the interior! I would give 5 stars if they could offer some truly Vegan compliant choices, Organic would be ideal, and foods without oil is healthiest for Diabetics and everyone else who doesnt want to develop it! ♥️

If you are in a hurry do NOT go to this place!!! I sat in the drive-through line for 28 minutes with only six cars in front of me when I arrived this morning!!! You read that right...28 minutes! No apologies, no explanation, just a 28 minute wait! I will never go to this location again and would highly recommend NOT going here! I have never waited so long for a drive-through order. For those wondering what I ordered, a large Carmel Macchiato and a coffee cake. That was it. Absolutely no excuse for such a long wait. Especially without an apology!

I don t usually order coffee, usually just make a pot but I decided to go get a coffee this was the closest on my way to work and I ordered the coffee my wife would usually get and got something called a coffee cake and it was really fresh so fresh in fact I had to wait to eat it. My coffee experience this morning was quite amazing. Thanks city brew

Nice local chain coffee shop. The Americano was very good and strong. Pricing a little bit higher than Starbucks, I paid for a tall Americano $3.15. Ill definitely stop again.

Terrible service, ordered multiple drinks and sandwiches, pastries Whitney took order and was very rude her customer service was absolutely awful. There were 5 people working and approached the counter due missing wrap and bread-nobody offered to help until a gentleman came out of the back and the drive thru lady offered. When I go to a coffee shop I expect to be greeted with a smile and with over 5 people working one would think I shouldnt have to stand at the counter waiting to be helped!

It was ok, coffee and prices were good but I was disappointed with their treat selection. I chose the banana nut bread and I found it to be average at best. Seating and atmosphere was good and th location was convenient.

I dont live near a City Brew but was introduced to it last year while on vacation. I have to say...I fell in love instantly. The staff last year and this year on my visits were so accommodating in my request for a drink they were not familiar with and that speaks volumes to me as well.

Always a pleasant experience. If they get your order wrong, they usually fix it for free. Somedays its not the greatest but new staff need to learn is all. Usually I get what I want and they help decide if youre indecisive like me. The honey macchiato is great for colds.EDIT: Dropped it by two now due to rude employees trying to blame me when they keep missunderstanding my order and dont read what I wrote down and understand what I want. 3rd chance, no more coming to citybrew now. +:(
