I was very disappointed with this location, the reason we go to shippers is for the fresh hot donuts which this location did not have. I was told to put them in the microwave. Don’t advertise having fresh donuts if you don’t provide it.

Donuts were good. Coffee was burnt and undrinkable. Friendly staff.

Worst Apple fritter Ive ever encountered. Not crispy. No Apple flavor, no apple pieces. Just a smear of what may have been apple in the center. Whole thing went straight in the trash.

Got fresh chocolate iced donuts but old glazed donuts. Prices have seemed to have gone way up as well.

Never knew there was such a variety of donuts! It looks like a family established business. Theres always someone to take your order. The coffee is pretty good

I frequent this spot quite frequently. Mostly out of convenience. Some days the food is on point. Others, everything is off. I will give grace due to the plexiglas everywhere. Very basic. Other shipleys have more variety.

Overcharged me $14.39 for 2 kolaches a bottles coke and a bag of donut holes I called and all they said was call tomorrow we are busy. They had no customers

Super loud in there! i couldnt hear the casher. I didnt want her to keep repeating herself so I just order different. I guess the bakers were cutting up bread, I get. But wow so LOUD. Remodel this small space so the front is separated from the kitchen.

First time to a Shipleys got a variety. Pig in a blankets were really good, donuts were good but nothing spectacular. I prefer Dunkin Donuts.

Staff is friendly and professional. They are fast and efficient. Their donuts are delicious and dont suck like a certain nation wide chain. I wish that they were national. I will miss Texas when I leave because of these donuts. Life would be better in upstate New York if they existed up where I live.

My son and I always go to this location. Always busy so donuts are always fresh. Glazed are usually warm and fresh.

Coffee is terrible. Pig in blankets were ok.We offered a food to a homeless guy who was outside next to the donut shop and he didn’t want anything from that place. Should’ve listened to him😂

Took my out of town family there. Just so you know they are very jealous they don’t have a shipleys in Chicago. Everything was so fresh and yummy. Thank you for s’mores sing my family

This location is tiny! But the staff is quick and friendly, and they make everything really well. They also use seasonal sprinkles on iced donuts; good for kids, office parties and guilty pleasure.

Horrible! No stars! We exited the freeway to get our crying 3yr old milk and a donut after a long drive, the large sign says “open now” LIES! You try explaining to the crying toddler that the sign is wrong and the store is closed! Turn your sign off so people don’t exit the freeways and make false suggestions to toddlers! Very disappointed Shipley’s!

I visit Galveston from Las Vegas every year. I always take home a dozen jalapeño & cheese Kolaches to my husband. I forgot to buy them and the only location who had them was this one. Martha was very polite and offered to make fresh ones. I was so pleased. Thats what I call excellent customer service!

I have never had Shipley Donuts before, and I have to say... good bye Dunkin and Krispy Kreme, and hello my favorite donuts shop. My girlfriend introduced this to me, and its so fast and fresh. I honestly will not go to any other donut place if there is a Shipleys around.
