This is my favorite Starbucks location! They always get my order right and the baristas are so friendly. Today when I did in store pick up, one of the girls was still making my drink and drew me some latte art before putting the lid on. Little things like this make my day!

Not the best Starbucks Ive been too.. workers seem unfriendly at the drive thru. I stood by the speaker for 2 minutes, and no one said anything so I said hello? and of course someone says something.. but when I came to the drive thru, kinda got ugly looks. But yet, they get mad when you just drive to the window and ask for your mobile order when they tell you you need to say your name on the speaker yeah ok.

I always come here and am always greeted with the barista Shivanhi. She’s so nice and always makes sure she gets my order correct. Especially since I’m lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive. Great service and awesome workers. Def recommend

I went there twice, they are fast and friendly! Coffee was the best! I will be coming back there again! They are way better than Kroger’s on 96 inside of that store which they weren’t friendly and didn’t do my coffee right and wasn’t happy and never go back there again! Thanks guys for all u do, I would send people over there!

The barista named shanaya at the drive thru is a vibe bruhh! everytime i go there we can talk for hours, she is very friendly and makes my day, i always leave with a huge smile on my face

Very clean, big and beautiful Starbucks. Some of the new drinks Ive tried are ok, but the coffee drinks are the best always.

I love this location because theyre staff is so personable that its truely an experience without saying theres always a drive thru line but whats to be expected its Starbucks people**!!

Drive thru girl is a hoot! Great attitude, every time I go there. Mango dragonfruit & the green matcha tea, yess!

You can usually tell how good a Starbucks is by how many cars are in the drive through.. And this wrapped the store. Other than being out of Earl Grey tea everything was spot on. Customer service was on point and the food and coffee was what you expect from Starbucks.. Its the customer service that sets this store apart...they are awesome.

Super friendly staff, very convenient from my house too! I love the pumpkin cream cheese muffins & you cant go wrong with their hot caramel macchiato!

Love my local Starbucks. After being gone for three months on maternity leave they remembered me and my order and asked where I had been. They asked me to show them pictures of my new baby and it honestly started my first day back at work on such a good note. Love the employees at this location, they are the best!

Love love coffee! Thanks for helping me get through the day! I came through the drive-thru the other day and told my barista how I had a rough week and needed extra caramel to smooth it over. And boy did they hook it up! Always smiling faces and good atmosphere in there!

The Dickinson Starbucks is one of my favorite in the Houston area. They have friendly baristas, an awesome patio with afternoon shade, and the drink orders are always on point. The best part is the baristas always spoil my pups with puppychinos! I look forward to my next Starbucks treat. Thanks for the good work!

Great Service fast Friendly and as touchless as it gets right now. The drive thru runs smooth or you can go inside no problem (mask required of course) probably my favorite National coffee chain great breakfast sandwiches and egg bites are pretty darn good if your doin the Keto thing

Wasnt as good as usual, but usually is great

After being a regular customer for over 3 months who usually get Vsc cold brews every time I go. I am very dissatisfied because the drinks are made different each time. They are not consistent and it’s very frustrating. I don’t want to call and complain each time either even though I have done so in the past. Which they honored, but it’s still inconvenient

I had the worst customer service experience.I had to repeat 3 times for sugar, straw and half & half.End up getting cold coffee.Lady who took the order was in different world.Didnt pay no attention to customer.

Friendly staff and great coffee makes this new cafe a great addition to Dickinson. Plenty of seating available too. You would have never known the baristas were there on the first day of opening. They were running things like seasoned pros. Thanks!

Very nice everytime I go in there. Today somehow they forgot to make my drink asked what I was waiting on got it right away and gave me a card for free drink next time. I was waiting for my prescriptions to be ready wasnt in a huge rush but recognizing that they made a mistake and fixing it was greatly appreciated.

They never have anything to make drinks, always running short on stuff. super sweet people, but super slow and takes forever to not even get what you want.

Love the caramel ribbon crunch frap oh my God so gooood and I never even drink coffee but you can never go wrong with Starbucks.

I mobile ordered and it was ready within 5 minutes and the barista handed it to me personally. Exceptional service is hard to come by so I highly recommend this brand new Starbucks over the 646 one.

The employees here are super nice and take their time with you. Its refreshing because you dont feel rushed when ordering. However, everytime I come here it simply out of convenience only. The line always takes forever! Even if theres 3 cars in line, I know Ill be waiting 15-20 minutes. Another issue I consistently have here is my order about 85% of the time is always wrong. Either its the wrong size drink, or the incorrect milk or not the correct amount of shots. Yesterday I got a Trenta passion tea lemonade with 1/2 the classic, and the barista forgot to add my lemonade in... again for the 3rd time. Just slightly disappointing when youre paying about $5+ bucks for a drink. I now wait until I reach the 646 starbucks instead because the employees have all been there a long time and they know what theyre doing. I think corporate needs to train the employees at the 517/Pabst location much much better. Not up to par.

They used to be pretty bad about making my coffee taste like steamed milk with no coffee flavor what so ever. But the last 5 or 6 times my coffee has been great!
