Was told by Orielly my Audi A3 needed an alternator according to their test equipment. Estimates were about $1300 -$1700 for replacement. Took it to I80 and it turned out to be just the battery. Excellent customer service and very good prices. Will not go to any other place.

After going to another shop for an oil change with a HIGH cost after they previously quoting me 20$ less...I decided to go to I 80 Auto Express since a family member highly recommended them. Geez! Not even the dealership has been on time, cost was great, & customer service top notch! Thank you I 80 Auto Express!

I didnt have an appointment and he took my car in right away.i got an oil change and a bunch of freebies and an extra 20% off. Then he ordered me some filters and put them in the same day as well.and it didnt cost me an arm And a leg.The manager Pharm (or something like that) is very nice. He is very helpful and eager to please his customers now that shop has reopened.. The shop waiting area was very clean. And ampm is attached next door.My car runs Better than ever. I highly recommend this service repair station for youre automotive repair needs. Oil changes ave smog checks.It was a very pleasant experience.Ill be going back for sure

Went to get a car smog at the beginning of December it failed but they didnt give me a reason why. They advertise free re test but when I would take the car back there would always be an excuse smog guy aint here, the smog machine is down, we need a new part. I get things happen but its now the middle of January and Ive taken time off from work 4 different time when they specifically told me they would finally be able to do it. I tell anyone I know to stay clear of this place

They fixed my baby..told me what it needed got the parts and took care of it and Im a happy camper thanks again to the awesome staff ..
