Went in looking for a newer and more fuel efficient vehicle. Didn’t know what to expect, but the gentlemen there were very helpful in assisting in the purchase.

I bought a new car. 70000 miles later, air conditioner doesnt work. Only$2500 to fix with Toyota parts. Out of warranty because we dont drive it alot. So we pay repairs. Ive owned many cars with many more miles on them and never had to replace compressor or condenser. Much less paid repairs that are more than ten percent of purchase price of vehicle. Yes. Im not happy. Bought Toyota because I thought they were reliable.

It was a fairly simple fix and he had a light bulb load they tore it all apart and replace the bad light bulb and I now have my Jeep back. They did good work I did have one other one but he tells me that its all solid state, but everybody online says its not and you can get the lightbulb by pulling that ring off. So I dont know Im kind of stumped but other than that it is real good. Thanks, Rich

My tundra I bought there has been nothing but trouble since I bought it. Its been in the shop 6 times now and it still is yet to be fixed. Twice now I was told by service MANAGERS that they would look into it and just like the other Toyota dealership that was looking at it have quit answering my calls and have just blown me off. Its a shame that these dealerships can get away with ripping people off and doing nothing about helping the customers. Not to mention I bought 2 brand new vehicles at the same time last year from Ken Nelson

We just bought a Rav4 at Ken Nelson. I already own a Rav4 so, when my husband talked about trading his pickup for another vehicle, we were thinking maybe another Rav4. While I had my Rav4 in for an oil change, we decided to look around and see what was available. A salesman, Steve Davis, asked if he could help us. We told Steve what we had in mind and he told us what was available and listed several options. He was so helpful and not a bit pushy! We went home with facts and figures and thought about what we wanted to do. The next morning we called Steve to tell him to get the Rav4 ready for new owners. He got everything done quickly and efficiently! He even took the time to program our phones and explain how to program all the things our old Rav4 didnt have! We just had the nicest car buying experience at Ken Nelson Toyota. We worked with Katrina Pasley. She is super nice and did an awesome job for us! She was straightforward and honest in answering all our questions. We were looking for a used Prius for our sons first car purchase. Saw one online at this dealership, emailed for more information, and Katrina had contacted us within minutes and introduced herself. We told her that we didnt have time to visit dealerships with our busy schedules. We really liked the pictures and the clean Carfax report on this car, and she was able to give us additional information regarding the Prius. We cut to the chase and negotiated a price via texting, car unseen. This was late on a Saturday afternoon. We could only meet on that following Monday, and she came in on her day off and met us. The car was in PRISTINE condition just as she stated. We test drove the car and bought it. It was WONDERFUL not having to haggle over the price, knowing ahead of time, exactly what we would be paying if we liked the car. Chad, the sales mgr. helped our son obtain his first car loan, along with a couple of small items, and filled the car with gas to send him on his way back home. Sherry Law in finance was also a real sweetheart to work with and set him up with a nice extended warranty. We were very happy with the whole experience! Theyre worth the drive with easy access off I-88, and if you have the same buying experience as we did, you definitely wont be disappointed!!
